Frustrating Experience – Misleading Inventory and Poor Communication
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Parts Direct was unacceptable. Their website showed a part as “in stock,” so I placed my order—only to be met with silence. After six separate follow-ups, I was repeatedly told someone would contact me. No one ever did.
Two months later, I was finally informed the part had been discontinued all along. No proactive communication, no apology, and no refund unless I kept chasing. It felt like they were hoping I’d forget and just let them keep my money.
This isn’t just bad service—it’s deceptive. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
