This is the first time using Parts Dr. It was so simple and quick finding the part that I needed. The price was very reasonable. I'm glad they ship to Hawaii. I would order parts if I needed it. I'll tell my friends about them also.

I ordered a rotor/motor for a…

I ordered a rotor/motor for a Fisher&Paykel dishwasher, but didn't end up using it since the motor worked - was just jammed. I decided to keep it for when one of the two motors did go. Well - I need it now but it's for the wrong model - DD605 instead of DD603. I just got off of customer service and they refuse to exchange it - "two old". It's been in the box unused. I don't want a refund - just exchange for the correct (more expensive) part. NOT good service!

Hi Ed, we’re sorry to hear about the frustration here. After reviewing your order, it was placed on 12/31/22, which is over three years ago. Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery date, so this order is well outside of that timeframe and unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange.

Even when a part is unused, manufacturers generally do not allow items to be put back into inventory after that length of time. This is due to traceability, product updates, and liability concerns, as there’s no way to verify storage conditions or ensure the part still meets current specifications. For those reasons, we’re not able to resell or exchange older items like this.

We always recommend verifying the model number before ordering, as similar models can use different parts.

I saw your parts replacement demo online and found it quite helpful. Then I checked the reviews and you will reviewed. So I went to the website and was able to find what I needed quickly and definitely at a better price than other people were offering I will use you again

This was literally the best experience…

This was literally the best experience ever. I recently broke one of the gas stove grates by accidentally hitting it on my counter when I was removing it to clean the stove. I called Whirlpool and was told that they would see if my warranty covered it. I submitted all the forms over a month ago via email and no one ever replied. I also called Whirlpool to pay for them outright and was hung up on several times after waiting on hold. No one ever picked up. So I took my business elsewhere to Parts Dr. NOT ONLY were the replacements cheaper than Whirlpool but I literally ordered them on 4/14/2026 in the afternoon and received them TODAY, 4/15/2026 in the afternoon. I only spent $11.99 on shipping and these are heavy cast iron stovetop grates. Completely over the moon with the quality of service, fast shipping, and prices of these parts. 10/10 recommend for appliance needs.

Avoid if you have an FPO/APO address – Zero accountability

Parts Dr. has no interest in supporting military families or overseas customers. I placed an order to an FPO address. They used FedEx SmartPost, which failed to deliver the item. Instead of offering to reship via a reliable USPS method or admitting the carrier failed, they simply returned the item, kept my $11.99 shipping fee, and told me I’d have to buy it again.

They essentially charged me a $12 "convenience fee" for an item I never received. When I pointed out that FedEx doesn't service my location properly and asked why I was being charged for a failed delivery, I was told "we paid the carrier, so no refund for you." Terrible policy and even worse attitude. If you live on a base, take your business elsewhere.

We do want to clarify that the order was processed and shipped correctly on our end. Unfortunately, the carrier was unable to complete delivery to your FPO address, and we were still charged for both the original shipment and the return to sender.

That said, we did reach out to offer a one-time refund of the shipping cost as a courtesy, but we didn’t receive a response. We’re still happy to honor that offer, so please contact us directly and we’ll take care of it.

I have used Parts Direct previously, and the. Parts I have ordered are always correct and exactly what I needed. I also like that they are GE certified Parts and not knock offs.
