After reading negative reviews, I seriously considered not ordering at first, but I decided to take a chance and I'm very happy. The products I wanted were exactly the same, and they arrived even earlier than expected.

Dreadful company. Ordered and paid for a part plus extra for next day delivery. Part out of stock. Refund processed for part but not for extra postage. 5 emails and 2 telephone calls have not received any response at all over 10 days. Have had to ask bank to revoke the transaction, and will be passing the matter over to trading standards. Best avoided.

24/7/25: 3 weeks down the line, and still no response to 5 emails sent from 2 different addresses. My bank have reimbursed the outstanding amount, and will pursue these crooks for it. Trading standards have been informed.

+ nearly 6 months. Never had a reply from these cowboy's, but was able to recoup their ill gotten gains from my bank.

Garbage! avoid at all costs

I really wish I had read these reviews before I used this company.
I ordered 2 of the same product but when it arrived one of the bags was open at the bottom and empty. I have therefore paid for 2 packs but only received 1.
Several emails and no response. Many phone calls with no answer or someone answers but can't hear me.
Luckily the items were not that expensive so I haven't lost a lot. However I will not be using this company again nor recommending it to my friends.

I ordered a branded descaler and all bottles had been resealed with plumbing tape, then parcel taped over and still leaking everywhere. Not sure if they are authentic and I don't trust product that has clearly been tampered with. Tried to call, no answer, tried to email, no answer. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely avoid!!!

I never normally take time to review, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however I ordered a Dyson bin part online from this company that said it would be compatible with my Hoover . It was not, and wouldn’t fit my Dyson, I took the blame as my own that perhaps I had not ordered it correctly, I emailed the company twice to get no response. I then rang and managed to speak to what I thought was a lovely guy who asked me to return the item at my own cost and then they would send me out a non-genuine Dyson part at the same price as I had paid for the genuine part, but I was assured it would fit my hoover, I accepted this as all I wanted was my hoover to be fixed. The part has now arrived and has the same trouble as the first part and does not fit my hoover. I rang up today to try and send it back, but they wanted me to pay the shipping fee, even though they were the ones that sent out this incorrect part . After a discussion with GARY, he was very obnoxious and unwilling to give on the shipping fee despite it being their fault, he said I can either refund this part Less the shipping fee or keep it. He also told me that he was Unable to help me and that I was taking up his ‘precious’ time.
I actually can’t believe that someone in the Company would say this. He said, if I wasn’t happy, I could take it further. I asked if I could take it further to which he replied there was no one to help me any further and he was the only one!! Wow!

ordered 20 units. They sent 1 unit of the wrong brand. I emailed and phoned countless times, but they did not reply. I opened a dispute and was told to return the items. They then emailed back, apologizing and asking if I wanted a refund or the correct items sent back. I asked for a refund. I then get another email saying it was my fault and for me to send the rest of the items back as if I stole them. What a scam company! Do not order from these people; they will scam you.

Ordered an oven element, received a filter.
Send emails and tried to phone with no response.
Will claim money back through my bank.

I bought replacement filters that never arrived, they say it was delivered by Royal Mail, which it wasn’t and they don’t want to give me a refund, I have now made a dispute via paypal, do not order from here they don’t do signed delivery so you packages will missing and they don’t want to send a replacement or give refunds

First time I’ve used part seeker excellent company very fast delivery good price original part definitely be using again
