Terrible customer service

To be honest, I was happy with everything except that the white walled tires I ordered showed up mounted backwards so they were facing in. No big deal, I reached out to say I was disappointed that happened and expected some sort of refund in the cost difference. Nope, they just gaslit me saying it was my fault and refused to budge on any sort of credit or refund. I'm not talking hundreds of dollars here. $40. Credit me or something. Just don't gaslight me saying it's MY fault.

Online Support is a JOKE

I couldn't even inquire about a product as it would not send. It said my Captcha was incorrect???? That is not true. Still waiting for support phone call. Its going on 4th hour. There are more 1 star reviews than 5

Received tshirt instead of cargo liner

Ordered a cargo liner for my vehicle. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery and received a t-shirt rather than what I ordered and what showed on my receipt. I called them and they said there was an error on their website and I actually ordered the tshirt (I most definitely did not!). Offered a return of my $ once they receive the tshirt back. Asked when my actual order would be shipped and I was given a link to purchase it for substantially more than I paid when I placed my order. Would NEVER purchase again from this company. They do not correct their errors. A complete waste of time and hassle. I will buy elsewhere.

Charge for unavailable product

I ordered a ac/dc fridge for my boat. $2100 charge went onto my credit card immediately. Then I get an email saying the fridge is out of stock and not available. They then offer a dc only fridge for the same price which is available for way less money else where. I cancel the order and 4 days later still waiting for a refund. Why are they advertising products that aren’t available and charging for stuff they can’t get.

bought a $650 bed rug for a pickup can not install it because it does not have hook and loop for the Velcro contact them with the problem and after that you do not hear from them unless you call them just another case of getting your money then they don't care

Delivery Delay and Refund

March 1st : Bought one item, that was in stock ''INSTOCK: 4 LEFT! 2 to 3 days delivery ''. Then delivery was push back to 2-3 weeks- not in stock in Canada, and then unkonwn date delivery.

March 25th requested that order was cancelled, which was done on March 26th.

As of April 26th, still waiting for the refund ..

Will never do business with them again.

Ordered despite bad reviews and was impressed

I read the reviews of Partsengine.ca here on TrustPilot and was a little concerned with the negative feedback, however - the positive experience already started when I wanted to check inventory via phone before ordering. Their lines were buy but they had a call-back service an within 30 minutes I had a very knowledgable support agent on the phone who was able to confirm stock and helped me with a few other questions.
I ordered the part and the shopping system confirmed all steps of the process fast, I got a tracking number on Thursday, April 17th and it was a holiday weekend, so with the part showing up today I can confirm these guys are legit and the reviews are not reflecting my experience.
Very happy customer, will definitely order again if the need arises.

Customer service could be much better

Very little feedback and hard to get a hold of.
In the end they delivered exactly what I ordered (and it was a great deal). If their customer service was better I'd forgive them the bad reviews and complaints (I only looked at after ordering) and give them 5 stars. In the end i would order from them again if it was a good deal on something I wanted

Attention / beware

Cette compagnie affiche des produits en inventaire qu'il n'ont pas en réalité, ils facturent votre carte de crédit et bonne chance pour vous faire créditer, date d'achat 12 mars, nous sommes le 13 avril et toujours pas de remboursement, même après une plainte è l'institution financière, perte de temps et frais d'intérêt assurés! / This company displays products in inventory that they do not actually have, they charge your credit card and good luck getting credit, purchase date March 12, it is April 13 and still no refund, even after a complaint to the financial institution, waste of time and interest charges garanteed !

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. They lied about the item being in stock to make the sale. Then don't tell you anything unless you ask. I inquired about a week later and was told the item was back ordered. I then had a to wait almost two weeks for them to process the refund. Now I have to wait another 10 days to receive my refund. This company is not honest.

Pleasantly surprised?

I’ll be honest, I chose to buy from here primarily because of price. Looked at the reviews after the fact, to say I was nervous is an understatement. But, I accepted that it would be my fault should anything go wrong.

The wheels arrived in under a week after ordering. Took 2 business days after processing to ship. No BS, no hassle.

I read that purchasing items marked as in-stock won’t give you any issues. It seems like this company may drop ship which could account for the delays. Overall, I had a very positive experience and love my new wheels.

Placed an order

Placed an order, realized upon receiving the invoice it was not what I wanted. Put in a cancellation request, they got the request but had to put in a request themselves. Order shipped two days later and now nobody will return my emails on how to get my money back with the order having been shipped. Will never use the site again. Also would not recommend anyone using their site. Update After weeks of trying to figure out what was going on I had enough and replied to the cancellation email for the second time being rude about their poor customer service, this initiated a response telling me my refund for the cancelled order was issued. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with, a reply should not have to come from a rude email being sent.

Highly dissatisfied

Highly dissatisfied. Ordered and paid for a bumper five weeks in advance so i had the part on time, as there was a
six week lead time on the part. The wait time wasn't the issue nor was the initial price given or the second increased price. I received an email four weeks after payment stating there would now be an increase in price . And that the six week lead time would start from that email. Not the date the part was paid for. Employee Austin M. is either incompetent or lazy. I will never order from the company again and will make sure no one who asks about or is about to place an order with PartsEngine.ca ever does as well.

They said my order would ship in 3-4…

They said my order would ship in 3-4 days! They charged my credit card on the day of the order. Many pnone calls and emails later (which were all lies and took two weeks) they sent an email saying it would be another 3 weeks until it would be shipped!! I cancelled and asked for a refund and it was finally refunded 2 weeks later with an "ADJUSTED TOTAL" WHICH COT ME $45!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
