I ordered rims on June 14th
I ordered rims on June 14th. It is now August 24th and I still haven't received anything! I haven't had an email from them telling me the exact date of receipt of my package... I wrote to them several times and each time it wasn't a clear answer like "we'll check with the warehouse and get back to you" but they never rectified me all the times they said that. I am starting to lose my patience. They are extremely bad at answering emails in a clear and timely manner.
Hope you don't really need those parts you ordered...
I ordered 5 parts from them, one made it here without any problem. As for the rest: one was out of stock and they didn't bother telling me. They forgot to order one, one arrived damaged, one got lost because they use Puorlator (even thought the receipt they provided said FedEx ground shipping)
Tried calling their number - they don't answer it anymore. There's a recorded message saying that they will start answering their phones again on June 30th, 2021. It's July now, still the same message saying that they aren't answering their phones until June 30th. Tried contacting them this morning via chat - no response. Tried emailing them - no response.
If you really need the parts you're ordering, I suggest ordering from a place that actually cares about getting you the products you pay for. Once these guys have your money, they have little interest in you anymore.
EDIT: they literally just responded to my email as I was typing this up. They said they'll contact a supplier and look into it. The item is being delivered by Purolator, so I'm not holding my breath.
SECOND EDIT: As far as I can tell, nobody contacted Purolator. The package showed up at 8:30 pm on July 7th - I placed the order June 20th. Now they are telling me that it will be a week before they will start to resolve the issue, meanwhile I haven't been able to drive for weeks and it will probably be weeks more before I actually get a bumper. They are terrible at responding to emails and other than a useless chat function there is no other way to contact them. No phone number and no store front.
