I expected better customer service

I expected better customer service, they responded to my request but in their time and they did not refund me (until now )in a prudent time, being that the package was lost in FedEx and I have to keep waiting to see if they find it, it is no longer the customer's problem, they must return the money as soon as it is known that it was not going to arrive

Too long pressing time and inaccurate inventory

I ordered three items. One item was canceled the next day due to a stock issue. Seven business days later, I received an email saying that only one item had been shipped.
However, there has been no update at all regarding the remaining item.
I seriously question whether it should take this long to process an order, especially when I placed it for items that were listed as in stock on their website.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I should have heard from others about some very negative experiences as well.

Very Disappointed with PartsFe

I placed an order with PartsFe (Order #FE001017252) on October 19th, after confirming through their website and live chat that the items were in stock and ready to ship. Despite this, my order didn’t ship until October 30th — eleven days later. To make things worse, one of the parts arrived damaged and had to be returned.

I requested a replacement and was assured I’d receive an update by email. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received any concrete information or shipping date. The customer service representative (“Olivia”) provided vague, copy-paste responses, with no real effort to resolve the issue or offer clear answers. Every reply was the same scripted line: “Our shipping department will update you via email.”

This kind of communication shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of providing a realistic timeline or alternative solutions (refund or replacement), the company leaves the customer waiting indefinitely — with no transparency at all.

As someone who regularly purchases parts for commercial kitchen equipment, I can say that companies like Parts Town or Webstaurant are far more reliable in both service and logistics. Unfortunately, PartsFe has shown poor follow-through, slow processing, and zero customer focus.

I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid PartsFe if they value their time, money, and peace of mind.

Since this has been damaged with the carrier we have been closely monitoring this case with the them, And to let you know usually damage claims it takes upto 8 - 10 business days to get an exact update / confirmation on the claim.

Any how we were ready to process the replacement for you without any further delay, But unfortunately the part was out of stock with the lead time of 9 business days, And we have also sent you an email requesting the time to process the replacement but there was no response from your end.

Since we we were unable to process the replacement at the moment we are ready provide you with the refund for the part which was damaged in the transit. To get an exact confirmation on the replacement or refund our support team will be reaching out to you tomorrow in the business hours.

They took money on online order…never shipped

They took money on online order…never sent out part ordered…when I called them two weeks later.. they said that part was no longer available… And that they had a replacement that was five times more amount of money. I asked him why I had not heard that… I believe this is a scam… I did get my refund… But I had to call them.

I was informed a part would fit a…

I was informed a part would fit a product so I ordered it. It, however, does not fit. I emailed about returning it on 10/23 and haven't received any information back.

Regarding your email sent on 10/23/2025, it seems it went to the Junk folder. We did receive your follow-up on 10/30/2025 requesting the return thank you for sending it again. Once we received it, our team reviewed the eligibility and provided the RMA number along with instructions to return the part.
