I needed to buy 5/30 Oil for my Ford focus zetec 1.6, I'd looked at prices for 5ltrs at garages etc and they were so over priced, 1 being £87 ?

Impressive reliable service, as i am usually abit nervy to use companies i have never come across before but there was good offers and had the parts i needed in stock, so checkout was an absolute breeze. Delivery was super speedy also my items were fantastic quality, well packaged and fantastic value overall.

Despite not normally stocking the part that I required the person at the counter grabbed the issue and spoke to the supplier who wasable to supply the correct part overnight and it works perfectly. Many thanks to all involved in this first class service.

they gave me the wrong part i paid the mechanic and the laboreur for nothing the mechanic charge me twice the price i wanted to return the part they said is not possible without receip i said i have on email the order and they said without receipt we cant do nothing so part for all car they are 0 0 0 i dont want to buy ever in my life from here Eurocarpart best seller

I was looking to get a part from my car and decided to replace the brakes and hoses at the same time. Looked at the usual places but by far the best price was this site for the pipes. It was over 50% cheaper and delivered on time.

Perfect. Kept updated of order status etc. No problems.

Great prices but after sales could do a lot better.
I bought front and rear discs and pads but only received front discs and rear pads.
Tried calling for two days but you only get a recorded message.
So tried live chat option which only sends them a message.
They did reply but I only discovered the reply in my email spam folder two days later after sending a second live chat message.
I was now dealing with two customer service advisors. (Confusing to say the least)
After several emails and pictures of packaging they discovered the mistake in their warehouse and agreed to send the missing parts.
Can't complain about the price and the quality of parts just pray you don't have to contact them afterwards.
