I ordered a SIP QT compressor around lunchtime and it arrived the very next day. I had been looking for this model for several months, but prices elsewhere were consistently quite high. When I came across it on PartsForMachines, I was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price and double-checked that it was indeed the correct model. I am really pleased with the service and will definitely use PartsForMachines again.

Very efficient team of people at Parts for Machines, much more proactive than normally experienced when buying online, dealing with queries and follow up issues very quickly and positively. Clearly a good culture there with customers at the forefront of their thinking.

Great service. The only thing that let it down was the chosen courier did not communicate with me at all ref delivery when I was told they would. They left a pallets worth of goods in my driveway which was left there for most of the day until I got home from work.

Great price and ordering process. Would have been a 5 star, but for not being notified when dispatched. Courier turned up with a pallet when nobody was home to recieve it. Considering the rest of the process was slick, I'm sure this was a blip,and doesn't usually happen! Would still buy from again in the future.

They do say make a judgment on a company based on how they deal with a problem,this is a very true statement and one I always adhere to,things did go “wrong” but it was all dealt with extremely professionally and incredibly quickly, I would probably buy shares in this company, with the superb pricing,phenomenally quick delivery and the afore mentioned customer service they are going to as they say go far, very far in fact I fully recommend this company without reservation or hesitation

Quick delivery time.
Ordered Friday night, arrived in Northern Ireland on Tuesday morning. Most deliveries for a similar sized product take a week or more.
Bandsaw came well packaged and on a pallet.
The Draper storm force 750w is a great machine for the money. Parts for Machines were easily the most competitive for price too.
Set up is relatively easy, manual could be better but simple enough to follow, and once set up the machine holds the settings well. Had it resawing oak on day one.

My only concern is a lack of communication. No delivery schedule sent, but that’s a small thing really.

First try of 'First for Machines'. Price was good and delivery very fast (and free).
Unfortunately there were faults with the welder (Sealey's fault, not FfM). Was a good test of their customer service. Which proved to be excellent. Courteous and swiftly and efficiently sorted out a replacement. DHL driver dropped off the replacement and picked up the return.

Fast and efficient. Had the parts I requested, where others let me down.

We approached PfM in connection with acquiring a pneumatic trolley jack along with a new compressor and some axle stands. They could not have been more helpful, providing a range of options bespoke to our requirements. Their customer service has been A++ throughout.

Great golf trolley battery for the price
UPDATE
I am now very wary of this site as I was going to order a battery for a friend but I have been blocked from their website for some reason am now concerned about the battery I bought and weather it is going to last

First off Price for battery was cheapest on line for the make and size I wanted with Free P/P.
Ordered one evening and received with in 36 hours.
When delivered battery found to be damaged so phoned and sent email with photos within 1 hour.
Had reply same day by WhatsApp that they were in touch with their supplier.
Next day new battery was dispatched and received with in 24hours.
Would recommend and use this company again.
Not sure you would get this service and aftercare service with all company’s
