Customer service is bad and non responsive at times. Hard to get refunds. Website says pets are in stock when they are not. FPS will take your money when part is back ordered for months when they should bill you when part ships.

Is this a company or is it a joke? I don't quite understand. What a horror, what a waste of time. You ask them to send you a return email and the employee answers by phone saying that only the owner sends the emails. the owner does not exist! the owner does not respond! the owner does not react! ... look at the reviews before buying in partsfps

I never received my package
I never received my package. I don't know if that is PartsFPS's fault or UPS, but I can't get a reply from the PartsFPS website after trying for a week. No help whatsoever. Lesson learned.
Edit: Yes, my tracking information shows the package was delivered. If you read my ticket I opened with you, you'd have seen that. We get countless packages a day and the delivery man may have taken a blanket signature for the facility’s entire days worth of delivery. That's why I reached out to you. Geez.

Awesome great doing business with you
Pissed Off and Screwed out of my money.
I ordered 7 imperial stove pilot assemblies and 7 single spark ignitors for a total of almost $300 and instead I received 1 LP conversion 3 burner kit for a heater that has a Value of about $35.
I called customer support 3 times and was told that there was nothing they could do. I got ripped off for almost $300 and I am not happy. This is the worst company and website that I have ever done business with and will never do business with them again.

I do not like solely having to order online, I had a couple questions but when i called your number was told you only do online orders only, you need customer service or someone who can take a order instead of online only!!!

Avoid buying from these people
Avoid buying from these people. They list items in stock, then you don’t receive it, they don’t answer the phone, reply emails whenever they feel like it, if you order few items and one its not shipped, they will refund you price of item but not tax or prorated shipping that was paid already.
