Tried parts FPS because of reasonable prices and they showed all parts in stock. Received part of order although invoice showed complete order shipped. Call service number and got the same rude person other reviewers mentioned. Was told it was shipping but wouldn't say when. Follow up phone calls went unanswered, sent emails and then was told part unavailable. Reordered parts from reputable supplier. As others stated,poor customer service and inaccurate listings.

What I needed when I needed it, website is easy to navigate.

Ordered 2nd day air , received it 5 days later , one switch is broken . Tried To call no answer, no response to 2 emails . We are an extremely busy restaurant and hence due to not receiving our replace part we were with out a fryer warmer for 6 days over the Thanksgiving weekend

They are laying. They say that have something in stocks and I pay 2dn day shipping and now I have to wait to December since Nov 18

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a part from here they sent me a o ring but not the water sensor then the guy tells me he will call me back after he speaks to the warehouse 2 days in a row. I paid $52 in shipping and inky received 1 out of 2 parts so I co tact through email and they tried telling me it is on national backorder and won't be available till the middle of November. I ordered from a different company and got it in less than a week. I demanded a refund still no response from these jokers. Customer service sucked they don't return calls. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL GET SCREWED. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR GOOD.

The part that came in was broken, I had to rebuy the ice machine part and paid for overnight because I own a motel and had to get the machine working right away because it was down for about a week. Order Thurs. 2nd part did not show up till Monday. And I still have to deal now with returning the 1st one and pay for shipping again to hopfully get my money back.

Since we have discovered PartsFPS it has been a refreshing discovery.
1- Their pricing is very competitive
2- They respond by email on any shipping holdups- acknowledge orders promptly, and ship out in stock items rapidly
3- They appear to offer most mfg parts for a one source stop & parts replacement source.

Falsely advertises that they have parts in stock. They don't answer phone calls. You are emailing back and forth to resolve the refund issue. They wasted my time!!!

False advertising about having an in stock. Then sends an email saying it will be like 3-4 months before.

i would like to suggest that parts fps should launch the mobile application for better customer experience.
