Bought a product with no cost shipping
Bought a product with no cost shipping. Had to later pay for my own postage. And when they arrived only 1 of 2 pieces from my order showed up

Upon receiving notification of your feedback i immediately took action to investigate your order.
through checking, it became clear you selected the shipping option "Contact me For Quote" Which we did. On the ticket communication between you and Candice, you were happy to pay the freight quoted which resolved the ticket allowing your order to proceed.
Following this, your order was shipped and we received no communication the order was short supplied or any contact from you of an issue to rectify. It’s disappointing you would leave such a negative review without prior request for resolve. I checked with our warehouse who are confident they packaged 2 bottles in the one shipment. In any case I have arranged for another bottle to be sent to you regardless via Express Post as goodwill. I am hopeful you will be more forthcoming with other businesses or even us in the future with your communication rather than just leaving 1 star reviews with no attempt to resolve.

Again, the staff were good to deal with and i would purchase through them again, I would just follow up on the order.

Sorry we didn't exceed your expectations on this one and also thank you for the compliments regarding our communication. Not all items are in stock on the shelf and some are on backorder from the suppliers in the East so this can lead to delays with your order but yes, i agree it would be good to let you know this early on in the order process. What we have now done is we have implemented a change to fix that based on your feedback. We are growing and have experienced some pains in the past month but i do want ot thank you for providing your constructive feedback as we are always looking for honest ways to improve.
