We are the Special Events Department for a municipality in the DFW region of north Texas, and we produce three major annual events - and for each event we feature a Silent Disco. We use Party Headphones exclusively for all three events and highly recommend them. The rental process is seamless, the equipment is always sent on time and we've yet to experience any technical or operational issues with the headphones. Being in the DFW area we have suppliers like this in our market, but their pricing for the same rental was much higher, so we choose to work with Party Headphones and will continue doing so.

The silent disco continues to be a camper favorite at the end of summer camp each year, and Party Headphones makes it so easy for us to get the gear shipped directly to camp and set it up in just a few minutes. Clean up is also quick and easy, and we just drop them off on our way home from camp. Way easier than post-camp laundry!

Simple, arrived on time, all equipment was in good shape. It was an easy set up and everyone had a great time (It took us a few hours to realize the headphone color signified what channel they were on-but it was a nice touch)

Kids had a blast, I rented more equipment than I actually needed. It was my first time and I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I doubt he understood what I was asking.

This was a major win! Working with Party Headphones was a smooth process and our event went off without a hitch. The only thing that was hard was trying to return the headphones, I called FedX to schedule a pick up and they said that the return label numbers were not in their system or not paid for yet so they couldn't schedule a pick up. This was not on yall as much as them. I have young kids so it was difficult getting those heavy boxes to a drop off location instead of the convenience of a pick up but other than that it was an amazing experience and the silent disco was a win. We will definitely be using yall again in the future.

Party Headphones was so wonderful!! We got the headphones early with plenty of time to test and set up, they arrived with everything we needed. They provided some extra sets in case some weren’t charged, but we had no issues. They were in great condition and everyone at our party LOVED them! It was super easy to return with the return labels already printed and zip ties provided. I recommend also purchasing some of the tech add ons to make set up easier.

Everything from ordering, delivery, and returning was easy! The equipment was easy to use. We used this for a graduation party and everyone loved them!

All equipment worked properly, it was very easy to get started especially me not being a technical person. The process to attain the headphones was simple, the delivery arrived in advance, I was able to return the equipment with ease by calling FEDEX for pick up. The lights were pretty cool to see while everyone danced around. The kids had a blast, our event was successful.

Equipment arrived early. High quality headphones and easy to setup. Didn't have the right adapter for the iphone but was able to use bluetooth. Very easy to pack up and return.

If I could give a review of more than 5 stars I would. The communication from the moment you order is fantastic! Rheyal Abalos was so quick to get back to me regarding all of my questions I had regarding my order and delivery. We used the headphones as one of our stations in our schools end of the year field day and it was voted the best station by the kids. The setup was very easy and kids Kindergarten - 7th grade were able to use them with ease. We will definitely be using Party Headphones again!

Very easy to hire and return. Although located in Arizona it was better value to hire from these guys than places more local to NYC. Equipment was very easy to set up. Headphones and transmitters were in very good condition and everything sounded great. Just needed three playlists on three older iPads (with the 3.5mm headphone jack) and we were good to go!

Such a great experience! Got a quote the same day! Selected the date for my party. All supplies came a couple of days in advance. All headphones and receivers were charged and ready to go! Organized and clear instructions for set up, trouble shooting, and returning. Amazing customer service! I definitely recommend Party Headphones for the best silent disco experience!
