No sleeping on the job with this Company....
From ordering the bed and seeking advice from customer services about a specific delivery date (Sarah was an absolute star with her assistance) to it being delivered an hour or so ago, the buying experience has been exemplary. The 2 friendly, helpful guys couldn't have done any more. I'd paid for the assembly of the divan bed and headboard and they did a great job. The bed and headboard are very well made and beautifully finished, all solid and no creaking! They even placed my own mattress on the bed base for me and have to be the most professional, competent delivery people I've ever had the pleasure of using. Thank you Pascal Beds for a lovely bed, great customer service and excellent helpful delivery people. I would recommend you to anyone wanting a quality bed with service to match. My delivery and the construction of my new bed was excellent.
They arrived very promptly at the start of the four hour window I was emailed the previous day.
The 2 man team were very efficient and helpful, Hamza and Surjeet make an excellent team.

I couldn't recommend this company enough, I was nervous about buying a bed online but I'm so glad I did! The delivery was super quick and the delivery guys were amazing. Later that night a noticed a small fault with the footboard, there was a staple on the top and I was worried this would catch eventually and end up ripping the material (I was probably being overly fussy). However I messaged the company and they replied within minutes with a solution. The replacement footboard came 2 days later. Honestly I was so impressed with their quick response and the fact they offered a new footboard straight away without any fuss! Definitely 5 🌟 for me!!!

Well what can I say! Impeccable service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely love my bed. There was a slight mishap in the order, however, Leo, the CEO made a personal phone call to me whereby he refunded price for mattress and assembly fee. He didn’t have to do that but he did, honourable guy and I’m so grateful. Delivery guys very respectful and fast moving. Literally took 15 minutes to assemble the bed. They took all the packaging with them.
If you want a company with integrity, this is it. Don’t hesitate. Thank you again

Great bed and quick delivery. Very good delivery and assembly service- i was very happy with the service offered by Surjeet Singh. Him and his colleague were very respectful, quick and even offered to take out the rubbish once they were done although this was our responsibility. Highly recommend!
