A very happy customer!
My first purchase from Passenger and wont be my last. The product was EXACTLY as advertised. Zero disappointment upon receiving in the mail (in the recyclable packaging - bonus points!). The sizing was perfect after basing it on the size I matched to in the size guide. Postage took a little over a week to Australia which I think is great too.

Great ethos but awful service.
Used to really like Passenger but unfortunately both the clothes and the service have gone downhill significantly. Clothing is now far worse fitting. Unsure how many people fit square t shirts... Returns process is ridiculous. I've done large orders hoping to find some of their original designs and when returning multiple products, I was refunded for one only - no contact from Passenger.
When contacting Passenger, I was told I must have only selected one product to apply. I knew this not to be true as I had spent a long time selecting each item and giving the correct return reason etc. I tried again. The same thing happened. When I flagged to customer services, very politely, that there was a bug, I got a snarky response. No apology, no acknowledgement or "we'll look into it".
I've just tried again with another order. Spent ages setting up a return, only for their website to take ages to load, then say no return policy found, despite being well within the return limit. Tried to contact customer services which should be open according to their site, not actually open.
Love the ethos of this brand but service is appalling so won't be buying again unfortunately.
