Good software easy to use sorted phone problem

My ticket was processed very quickly and a solution was found. I think that's great.

Terrible company and scam.
I purchased a brand-new license to use on one of my new devices, I entered the product key, and it said I couldn't use the product on more than one device although I purchased an entirely new license for this device. I reached out to support, and they said they would help me add it to another device if I left a 5-star review sounds like a bribe to me. I'll dispute this with my bank since I never received the product I paid for.

I’m really impressed with Duplicate File Deleter. It works exceptionally well, especially for handling a large collection of video files. The program scans my hard drive incredibly fast, making the process quick and efficient. Overall, it’s a fantastic product that I highly recommend.

This software has proven to be a scam. The so-called 30-day refund policy is misleading and ineffective, leaving users frustrated. The support team is unhelpful and fails to address concerns adequately. I strongly advise looking for alternative solutions that are reliable and trustworthy. Don't waste your time or money on this subpar product; it's simply not worth it.

Great Product especially for computers you can't access due to Admin credentials lost.

Duplicate File Deleter works great. I have tons of video files and the product can scan the hard drive super fast. Great product

PassFab is such a great tool! When you, or a member of your team cannot remember your passwords to unlock your documents this comes in handy! I have been using this since i first came across it in 2021 and I will use it unitl I am retired!

Customer service is excellent and has made using their software a pleasure.

Terrible software that does not work and extremley shady buisness practive. Once they have your CC information, they will just start billing for random stuff because you didn't see some little box and uncheck it.

avoid using this rip off company. you have been warned

Passfab is great! Mahe my experience so easy. It really makes this phone process easy and fast. It's not complicated to figure out. It was worth what I paid for. Recommend it to anybody.

After running for 15 hours, it couldn't/didn't provide a solution. I understand it takes time, but in that amount of time, I could have rewritten the original document. Not worth a penny. I will cancel the subscription.

I purchased the product without realizing that there was a 5 device limit. I kindly asked for a refund right away. They in turn offered 15 more devices as a sign of sincerity, but later informed me that they would not. They did offer 5 more for a 5-star review so here it is. We'll see how it goes.
