Excellent product, excellent conditions of delivery

Perfectly packaged, nice products, fast shipping.

Everything went without a problem. I got notified that that not everything is in stock and that it might take a few days. The order arrived anyways quite fast and well protected in the box. Will definitly reorder there

This hasn't been our first order with Passione Toscana and will likely not be the last either.
We have very much enjoyed a lot of cheese and can say that they arrive safe an well within a short time.
In a previous order a product was missed, but send very quickly right after - an easy recomendation for both quality as well as service.

I ordered a 3L box of olive oil Tenuta Gardini. The package arrived damaged and opened. The tin can inside the box (although properly in a bubble wrap) was severely dented. Quite obviously, the package received a rather serious blow when transported. Luckily, the can was not completely broken, and I can still use the oil. But the order was not handled with care.

Fast delivery of a product that i difficult to find online. Great variety of products.

I just received the goods I've order and I'm happy that all arrived in good conditions. The burrata suffered a little bit by losing a bit of liquid and the salami received a bit of it but ok. The way that all has been packed is made with caution. Thanks for that.

The sevice was very excellent and fast and everything was very good. However, i was a bit disappointed about the products since the description was not perfect in terms of cultural expectation. I bought the scarmoza which is of excellent quality however I expected as a German that the scarmoza was smoked since that is the only version one can get here in Germany, at least at all the cheese stores I have been so far. Thus I was a bit frustrated but I will find out what to do with it. Thus this little fact should be added to the prodcut description - at least for the German customers. Otherwise everything was of excellent quality, fast shipment, permanent tracking good updates!
