Went in to get a bike fit on my new triathlon bike as I'm training for a full ironman in the summer. Lydia was great in analysing my current set up and suggesting things to improve my comfort and efficiency, allowing me to try out a different saddle and armrests to find what would work best. She was very knowledgeable on all things triathlon and gained some useful insights not just in to bike fitting but all things triathlon as well. Would highly recommend.

Me and A Friend went for a bike fitting session, We not only got a great service we also got tips and tricks and advise to help us with our training. Honestly the most amazing session with Lydia.

Lydia was brilliant. She listened to what I wanted from the bike and explained how to achieve it. She also explained the principles so that I feel more confident to make any adjustments in the future.

Lydia was super friendly and knowledgeable regarding the bike fit. For a beginner triathlete/cyclist, the experience was not intimidating at all, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their bike fitted in Cheltenham :)

I had my bike fit with Lydia a few weeks ago and honestly, it’s been transformative. Since the session, I’ve hit PBs on every single ride—which says a lot about the difference she made.

The main issue I went in with was saddle soreness, and Lydia completely resolved it. No more shifting around or counting down the miles in discomfort—just smooth, pain-free riding. For the first time, I actually enjoy my long sessions on the bike.

She also helped me finally understand how to properly hold an aero position—something I’d struggled with before. Lydia didn’t just adjust things and move on; she explained what she was doing at every step, taught me the why behind each change, and gave solid recommendations on gear upgrades and crank sizing too.

The whole fit felt personal, professional, and really easy to follow. Lydia’s knowledge and approach made me feel confident and empowered on the bike again.

This is the second bike fit I’ve had with Lydia and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She takes the time to understand you and is so helpful and accommodating in her approach. I’m nowhere near the elite front of the pack but was never made to feel less important than those striving for the podium. Lydia is really knowledgeable and always willing to share experience, tips and advice….. and Logan the doggo is gorgeous too….

I'm not a stranger to bike fits, and I'm not a stranger to very 'high-profile' bike fitters, but I was still searching for someone that could really help me get the right fit. Lydia really listened, and tailored her bike tweaking and suggestions (both on the day and by follow-up) to my wants and needs, not what she thought I wanted. She is extremely personable and I left really feeling like I'd received a truly bespoke service.

Since my fit, I made a crank change, as suggested on the day, and Lydia has supported me further, remotely, to get the best out of this and ensure that my set-up has been changed accordingly. She is so happy and willing to continue following up, to ensure the fit process evolves as needed.

I have literally travelled the length and breadth of the country and spent a lot of money on bike fits, and I can genuinely say that I wouldn't go elsewhere now that I've found Passion Fitting. The team are all really welcoming and Logan the gorgeous dog is definitely worth a mention!

I had the pleasure of spending time recently with Lydia for my first-ever bike fit! It was sooo good; I learned loads, enjoyed hearing Lydia's tips on getting more out of my pleasure cycling, and really appreciated the tweaks she made to my bike set-up. One of the things I really appreciated was that we spent (what felt like) loads of time together and there was no sense from Lydia of rushing our appointment. in fact, when I asked how long she allows for appointments like this she replied "as long as it takes"! Brilliant. Also, she didn't try to sell me anything at all! Another big positive tick in the box. A friend of mine had a bike fit elsewhere and said they tried to sell him all sorts of things! Anyway, I highly recommend Lydia for your first - or next - bike fit!

Lydia provided such a professional and personal bike fit. Spending time getting to know me and what I wanted from the fit and the position I got at the end was not only comfy but so much more aero. Well worth the investment.

We had our first bike fit with Lydia earlier this week. She was great at explaining the fundamentals of getting setup on our bikes to suit the needs we specified. Would highly recommend!

Best bike fitting service around!

Lydia did a house visit back in October and helped with my watt bike as getting knee pain. I was blown away by her knowledge, attention to detail and it helped she’s a decent person! Personable and happy to share information.

When I got my TT bike, it was a no brainer who was doing my bike fit! An 8 hour round trip was worth every minute to know that Lydia isn’t upselling you equipment for a kick back and the products recommended are legit to help you.

Lydia asks what’s important to you and although you could be squashed like a pretzel and save 10 watts, Lydia understood being comfortable was my priority.

Having a woman do a fit is also important to have those more intimate conversations as we have different body parts and Lydia gets what is comfortable and what isn’t.

Lydia put me totally at ease too. I’m a newbie in the world of TT cycling and probably asked the daftest of questions but I was never made to feel like a plum.
