Very helpful staffs and clear instructions

We had a lovely 3-night stay at the garden room with our dog. We were looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle for a few days and this place was perfect for that, having everything we needed. Very clean, very comfortable, (loved the 80 inch smart TV), very quiet and a beautiful garden. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 at the last minute and Pass the Keys were excellent with this giving us very clear instructions on how to do this. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here. Thank you.

I’ve recently stayed at 2 properties managed by Pass the Keys and the experience was amazing. Very friendly staff, prompt communication and the cleanliness was exceptional. The location was exactly what I wanted and their recommendations were spot on. When i’m in Belfast again I’ll definitely stay with them.

Pass the keys were very prompt and helpful in responding to our enquiries. We asked to extend another night and they made it all very smooth. Excellent booking arrangements.

We had a wonderful stay in Romney Marsh with our family 7 adults, a 16 year, a 10’year old and a dog. Location was ideal to visit many of the local attractions. The house was well equipped spotlessly clean. Access on arrival was seamless with clear precise instructions. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed in a lovely flat in the Kemptown area of Brighton. It was not just the fact that the accommodation was excellent and the location great, it was the professional and efficient communication from beginning to end that made the whole stay hassle free. Thank you.

Overwhelmingly wonderful experience in Cambridge. Exceptionally responsive team, easy check in and check out, spotlessly clean, professional, no unnecessary junk in the house. The only quibble I had was that it felt like they had rationed the soap, sponges, dishwashing pods and laundry detergent too much. We were a family of 4, and it would be helpful to us in our attempt to care for the house to have enough basic supplies to do so! Otherwise it was an incredible stay and would definitely use Pass the Keys if I were renting out my own house.

Excellent place to stay. Everything was there for what you needed for the weekend and more.

Booking our Airbnb with Kevin at Pass the Keys was fabulous, he provided lots of useful info making our check in and stay super easy! Couldn’t have been more pleased, such a gorgeous peaceful place to stay, cottage was a real gem!

The holiday property was well managed by Pass the Keys and they assisted one of our party with access to the property and also advised on local availability of parking. Highly recommended!
