Pass the Keys Cambridge property
Pass the Keys managed the Airbnb accommodation we stayed in whilst visiting Cambridge. They were very efficient and responsive. Their communication was great and we received very thorough instructions about the property and its location. They also recommended places for us to visit which was very useful.

Delightful Property
We had 3 nights at The Old Chapel and were blessed with glorious weather. The accommodation was excellent and the conversion of this old building had been well thought out. We had 2 dogs and the secluded and secure rear garden was perfect. We look forward to visiting again and having more time to explore Ludlow which is a lovely historic town.

We had the best four month stay
We had the best four month stay. The apartment was better than the photos, the hosts were lovely, it was just all great. Four months is a long time for something to go wrong - and it never did. I can safely say this is a sound and trustworthy team to work with.

Poor customer experience.
My booking was cancelled a week before my holiday. Then I had to rebook it again to secure it without receiving a refund of the original booking yet! Booking check in details not received so I had to chase it up. Property was lovely just a shame the booking system let you down. Still awaiting news on my refund .
