Clothes I ordered were size 12 and very small. I've been unable to return as there appeared to be no viable system to return so I've given to charity shop. Complete waste of time and money

If I could give no stars I would.
The website is easy to navigate, I purchased a small amount of clothes for my daughter to begin with as I had never heard of the website before and am always wary. 6 days later, no sign of clothes, have sent various emails asking what's going on and they haven't yet bothered to reply.
The 48h dispatch on their website is false advertising.
Will not be using again.

Ordered clothes 3 days ago. I've had no confirmation email. The order is still validating on the app and I've had no response from them, despite trying to contact them via email, Facebook and Instagram. Terrible customer service.

Edit. When I eventually got through to their customer service by phone, the person I spoke to was very helpful and put a rush on my order. I had conflicting information about why I wasn't getting a response though from him and whoever handles their emails. Clothes were good quality, easy to return items that didn't fit and received a refund for those items in a timely manner.

My parcel arrived quickly and the clothes are in great condition.
