I asked for an EICR in the hope of identifying any remedial work and getting a quote and then getting the necessary work done. Having got my money Patcental.co.uk refused to quote for remedial work saying they were too busy. Not too busy to take my money though. Deceptive behaviour that any potential customer should be aware of. My advice: Do not use this company.
