Brad is a lovely guy!

Brad is a lovely guy who was more than happy to help me open my gate as it was jammed closed. Such a polite, friendly quick and efficient worker who made sure the job was completed to the highest standard possible.

Not a scam!! Did a good job

They are a window cleaning services,
I was delighted about my clean and the lad who cleaned them was very polite and helpful.
It is so simple they give you a quote then you decide, after that the money is taken out of your bank they also let you know by email when they are about to come so very pleased in deed.

I made my 1st payment in February

I made my 1st payment in February, and I have never seen anyone clean my windows, I click on the app and it always says next clean will be,,, then click back on again two days later will give u another date, as far as I can see my windows have never been cleaned. And its impossible to cancel... 😤

I'm so sorry to hear this. I've had a look on our system, and can see since you joined our service back in January 2024, we have been to your home 3 times to complete your clean. Each time, we have sent a reminder email the day before, and followed up with a confirmation email as soon as the job was complete.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been having trouble with our app! I have fed this back to our tech team, so they can have a look into it. In general though, we do arrive on a different date every month, as cleans are every 4 weeks.

I can see since you've left your review, you've been in touch via phone and we have successfully cancelled your subscription with no problems 😊

First clean by Jordan

Had my first clean today with Jordan, fantastic experience. A really through scrubbing og all the windows and sills and my front and back door. Will definitely keep, using the service and I'm, really glad to be supporting a company who are helping our Army lads into good reliable work after leaving the forces

We did send you a reminder email the day before the clean was due as well, you later confirmed that this email did go into your junk so unfortunately wasn't seen!

I can also see your clean was completed yesterday, as scheduled, by your Armed Forces Veteran cleaner, Jordan. This was also confirmed to you once it was completed via email.

I can see your next clean now will be on the 7th May, and we will send you your reminder email on the 6th!

Great sales pitch but now very concerned

I’ve had a lovely sales person round to sign up to the service, and all of the positives are certainly there which make it appealing for me to manage online and skip services if needed.
However, since just joining, I’ve now come away worrying I’ve been scammed? I’ve just tried skipping this months service to give me a chance to cancel current window cleaner, the guy told me it’s really easy but I have tried over and over and there’s no option to skip on the website.
I think the main issue is I signed up and submitted bank details on the spot which I’m massively regretting now. I wish I’d had time to research and sign up in my own time.
Alongside this, the reviews on the App Store are appalling and I’m now wanting to cancel and gain a refund but the phone number is going to voicemail.
This is massively concerning for me!! If I could speak to someone about skipping and managing this I’d perhaps be reassured.

Unfortunately, it does sound like some of the information you were given regarding the skipping online may have been a bit mixed up by the member of the third party sales agency we have hired to help carry out some canvassing. This will be passed on to them so we can improve this right away.

We can honour skipping a clean, as we totally understand things can sometimes happen and you may not want a clean to go ahead on a particular month, we just ask that you get in touch with us direct, where we can have a look into actioning that for you 😊

I'm sorry you didn't manage to get through to anyone to speak to when you last phoned. I can see you phoned when our Customer Services are closed. Our contact hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 16:00. I can see you phoned at 18:56 last Friday.

I'm so sorry to hear you're concerned you may have been scammed, that's really worrying for us and not what we want at all! We have 6 full time cleaners in our brigade, 5 of which are Armed Forces Veteran's who are now flourishing at their new career. As you may have seen, we have an overall rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 here on Trust Pilot, and you'll be able to see we have copious amounts of positive, and happy reviews left by our customers. We always encourage any feedback, and want to help any concerned or unhappy customers right away.

Excellent cleaning job done by Jamie. Tried a few other cleaners in the area and not been happy with the service. Patch also is very informative company keeping you updated as to when the cleaning will be done.
Excellent all round service! I would recommend to anyone looking for a window cleaner.

I have today cancelled my window…

I have today cancelled my window cleaner for 2 reason’s having been told that I would be charged £5:40 I have been charged £15 a month and I was told that I was supporting military veterans but that is not the case with my cleaner. I was also told that pausing and cancelling the cleaners was easy and done via the calendar on the app thus service no longer appears to be available Very dishonest company

As you can see i have had a reply from Patch i have to say i am very impressed with the correspondence i have had from them and i have now received a refund. While i have had some of my trust restored i think there is a lot to learn from this and the issue with the military connection was key for me. I accept that the process can take time and i have no issue with that and so being transparent about it should have been the number one priority for Patch instead of leading me to believe i was help out a military vet out. As for the outside agency issue simply following up every booking with a quick phone call, this is what several other organisations that have come to my door do would have sorted this out and made the issue known. i have chosen to update my rating based or my correspondence with Patch since my complaints but i don't know if they have improved their service or not!!!

This is incredibly concerning for us, and has been fed back and will be dealt with accordingly, as that doesn't fairly represent the Veteran-led business we are.

We do employ Armed Forces Veteran's, however the cleaner for your area, Nathan, did not serve. We are still hiring for a new local Veteran cleaner for your area, and in the meantime, Nathan is carrying out the work as we don't want to let any of our customer's down.

I know we spoke yesterday, and we have now managed to sort your concerns. Your subscription has been cancelled, and a full refund issued for the full amount you've paid to us since you joined our services.

Never trust a company who make it this…

Never trust a company who make it this difficult to cancel.

You can only cancel over the phone which they don't answer at all, should be illegal. I didn't even want to cancel initially just edit my service slightly, now I'm getting out of this service ASAP and recommend anyone else thinking about signing up with them to reconsider.

Terrible standards

Paying £15 a month for:
3 double windows
2 doors
2 single windows

Usually I'm working but I'm off sick at the minute and got an email to say they couldn't clean the back windows as the gate was locked and there was no answer. I've been home all day. I heard the windows being cleaned, no one knocked on my door. I checked the windows and the only 2 windows that had been cleaned were the ones at the front, i only know because they didnt bother to wipe the water off. They had wiped my front door but there was still mud all over it. I have 2 large dogs, I clean the door better myself and no one is paying my £15 to do it! Tried to call the number to cancel the service but had no answer. Waiting a response via email as I sent all the photo evidence. Will not be using this service again and will not br recommending to friends.

I can see you had received 4 cleans prior to this one with no problems, so it is such a shame that the service you received on your 5th clean was this poor.

I have checked our system, and can see we replied to your initial email voicing your concerns the same day you sent it in to us. In our reply, I can see we apologised for the service, and then explained that all the windows and doors cleaned are meant to be left wet on purpose due to the type of clean we carry out. We did ask as well if we can arrange for a re-clean to take place, as the service you received definitely isn't what we would like. Unfortunately we did not get a reply to this.

I can see your subscription has been cancelled since, and a full refund issued 😊
