I recently used Pathio, and I couldn’t be happier with my coach match. I was paired with Alessandra, and she’s been absolutely wonderful — supportive, insightful, and really tuned into my profound and personal aspiration.

The way Pathio works is thoughtful: the onboarding was very personal, and considered my goals, industry background, and what I was seeking. Alessandra helped me clarify what was holding me back, guided me through what’s next, and gave me practical steps that already feel useful.

If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or simply in need of someone to help you see your path more clearly — I highly recommend Pathio, and Alessandra in particular. Great value, great coaching.

First off, I was matched to my career coach by an actual human being - the founder herself - and not AI or an algorithm, which makes you understand how much thought is behind choosing the person who ends up coaching you. And then my coaching journey began: I was matched to someone who perfectly understood my situation and guided me through all the steps I had to take to get to my next destination (in my case, going from corporate employee to freelancer). My coach gave not only guidelines but also the support and accountability needed in this type of journey. I'm very glad I discovered Pathio and would recommend anyone who's planning their next career move to use their service.

Pathio brought us just the right person to start our mentoring program. The service we received was very tailored to us and personal, which is important to us since our staff very important to us as are our Trade Secrets and the internal goings on. We needed someone who we could truest, and they found that person for us.

Many services offer you access to lists of unverified and unvetted people who may or may not be good, but Pathio, being a very tailored service doesn't do that. It relieves the strain of taking a risk on a complete stranger; the people coming from Pathio are curated. "Meat Market" services might appear to be efficient at bringing a mix of talent to clients, but it appears to us that that trend is ending, and personal service is the way forward and Pathio provides this.

We're expanding our Mentoring Program, and we would not dream of using anyone else to find new mentors for us.
