This is the first time I bought a knee protector and unfortunately I ordered a Level1 protector by mistake and which is quite expensive. In other websites, I could have got a level 2 protector with the same price or even low price. When I wanted to cancel it, I was asked that I can cancel, but there wont be any refund. It will be added to the wallet which for me is of no use. So I will never ever buy anything from Pathpavers. Very bad experience for me for the first time. There are hundreds of websites available who provided refund if I dont want to proceed with the purchase.
