Had a problem with the cranking mechanism in a patio umbrella. Warranty was honored promptly and with no hassles.

I purchased the umbrella not realizing it really does require the four pack base to keep it from toppling over. It is very large 10x10 and requires a heavy base to keep it up. When I called they were very accommodating and sent the base quickly. Once I received and filled with water the umbrella stood straight. It was a great addition to my patio. The company was very easy to work with and sent the items quickly right to my doorstep!

Bought a patio umbrella and it broke within the first week. For the price I paid (over $400 with recommended base) this was of poor quality. The base was not the correct size for this umbrella and it slipped out of the base and fell to the ground and broke on a slightly breezy day - 10 mph wind. Nothing about this umbrella is of quality. The aluminum is thin. The cam slips. I emailed Patio Depot, but never received a response. All in all, poor quality at any price and a company that won’t even respond.

I love my umbrella. It is gorgeous in a deep blue easy to setup and use. Well worth the money.

Great product! I got a set from their loyd Flanders collection and it is simply stunning. Customer service was very helpful, shipping was free and it arrived within a couple of days. Don’t waste your money. The umbrellas we paid over $1,000 for were worthless. We tried to return them due to their defects. No go! I should have reported this place to the BBB. Horrible!!!

Purchased an umbrella from Patio Depot and received exceptional customer service. Definitely would purchase from this company again.

Patio Depot may be a scam. I received damaged product and they will not make it right. They do not return e-mails. When I call they promise to respond but then nothing. I took pictures of the damaged delivery and of the damaged product. When I reported the problems, I received an email telling me they would immediately begin the replacement process. Two weeks later, still nothing and they will not respond. STAY AWAY!

The patio has a good range of bar accessories. Have it all. All the products are just amazing!

I renovate my home, it has Morden and elegant look. Patio have all design related to my home. I will again order soon.
