No goods, No reply, Worst experience ever.
Bought a gift at Christmas from this website. It never arrived. I contacted all available email addresses for this company, multiples times, and never got an answer. I had to put a dispute claim through to my bank to get the money back.
Do not use this company, because if anything goes wrong with your order, from my experience you will never hear from them.

Also I have reported the company to Action Fraud
Finally, the company operating on Etsy seems legit, it is the website patmade dot co dot uk which seems fraudulent. Different logos used on each.

Took £33 from me for an order on thursday 9th feb paid express shipping for valentines. Since i have sent several emails chasing my order. No communication from them, ive asked for a refund NO REPLY!!!

I am so upset and frustrated, i am now looking at escalating to trading standards, my credit card and will be reporting there shops on facebook and esty.

stay with amazon suppliers alot safer and trust worthy!!!

Absolutely blown away with how nice the owner Pat is and just how much effort went into my order!, I ordered a lovely Christmas light up plaque for my daughter and it arrived super quick and was packaged so lovely, feel and looks alot more expensive than what i paid!, i will be back again and again i'm sure!
