A wonderfully reliable service to utilize. Easy to book. I had a question and the owner was responsive, helpful & friendly. I built in extra time just in case and our driver showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise. He was helpful, interactive, got my bags to the car and us to the hotel safely. I highly recommend the company.

The service was just 10 minutes late. There was a misunderstanding with the driver. We even offered to pay the extra costs incurred because of arranging an alternative for this client last minute. The whole situation only happened this morning. The customer has not even given us a chance to make amends, and he is already reviewing us adversly.

Booked for terminal 3 pick up at Heathrow. The driver was there waiting on us when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. Would book again.

Regarding your complaint about air-conditioning, the drivers should always put on their air-conditioning, and most of our drivers do not present in the manner in which you have described. We are sorry for your experience, and we believe that one incident only is not sufficient evidence to condemn our organisation. Occasionally, as in all other organisations, a particular individual may not follow the organisation's guidelines, thereby tarnishing the organisation's image.
On this occasion, we have now refunded your Car Park without questioning your complaint.

The service provided by Patrick Egwu for our airport transfer was very good. The driver was very polite and helpful. He helped load up the luggage of my party willingly and without being asked.
Car was very clean.
PS. Re 11/09/24 Airport Transfer: Patrick, poor rating given was the result of the poor lousy and rude service by your service driver. I am very certain that if you took the ride after a long long flight and encountered this driver you would have given the company a poor rating.
However, kudos to your 13/09/24 driver who managed to recover and reclaim your brand.

Nice experience
My family and I just arrived in London where we hadn’t been for ten years. Everything has been changed here and we were anxious, but the first ride from Heathrow to London city center via Patrick Egwu service made us feel very safe and relaxed. We thus shortly afterwards continued booking another trip. It’s a very nice experience to re-explore the city. Strongly recommend the service.
