This is my new favourite jewellery brand! I have purchased two sterling silver cuff bracelets for myself and my husband, and from the excellently handcrafted pieces, the beautiful wrapping, customer service, lifetime warranty, AND speedy delivery, I absolutely love Patrick Mavros Jewellery!

I sent in my elephant necklace to the London store because the clasp on the chain had broken and everything needed massive cleaning. I have today received it back looking brand new, with a new chain and sparkling clean. I have not even been charged for the return postage.
I could not be more happy. Customer service like this is rare indeed.

Took advantage of our trip to London to make our first to the Patrick Mavros shop. Previously we had bought items on line & when they had their display in Hamilton & Inches in Edinburgh. A lovely shop with an extensive display of beautiful things. Didn't purchase anything on this occasion but identified future purchases.

Long time admirer of Patrick Mavros and first time buyer. My best friend is Zimbabwean and came to visit wearing a plethora of Patrick’s designs. My mother in law fell deeply in love with the ma and ba elephant ring at that time. I had just recently learned that there was a London flagship store and so ordered that ring for her birthday yesterday. The ring was delivered the next day, perfectly packaged and with a beautiful handwritten note which I had only expected to have been printed. A gift bag, and tissue paper were also provided.

To give some context, I have been battling with extremely poor customer service of late and this purchase was truly a delight from beginning to end.

You are a beacon of professionalism and have an ethos of going to extra step for your clients.

Me and my brother bought a necklace from Patrick Mavros as a surprise christmas present for our mum. She loved the necklace, and it all comes beautifully wrapped.
