Patriot Mobile is a GREAT CELL PHONE PROVIDER. The cost of the service is much less than most of the others. The Customer Service Representatives are all here, in the USA & are easy to speak with. They are very friendly & polite. They use Major Cellular Company Towers. When you sign up, you can choose whose towers you want to use. Since Verizon has the most towers, in our area, I went with them. I have never been in an area, where I didn't have coverage. Also, Patriot Mobile supports conservative causes. I strongly encourage others to Subscribe to Patriot Mobile, if you are looking for a new provider.

I love having an American company!
I love having an American company that supports the traditional American values that are important to me and my family. I have never had any issues with connectivity in the three or so years I’ve been with Patriot Mobile. Their home office is in Grapevine, TX and that is very close to where I live, so that makes it “local” as well. I highly recommend Patriot Mobile!

Why Didn't I Do This Sooner?
The switchover was flawless and did not take much time at all. Better yet, I have not noticed any change from my prior service EXCEPT on my monthly statements! I am saving $70/month! Incredible!

With the exception of the data plan I was very pleased with my conversion to Patriot Mobile. The credit for existing phone was amazing. I don’t feel that the data plan was explained well enough especially when I gave the details on my current plan. But I’ll live with that one.

I have been in Venezuela for 6 months and I can not turn on WiFi calling. I reported this several times, and sent an email to support that was never answered. I can not make calls to the USA or receive SMS messages that are required to verify many accounts. I am locked out of my Walmart account because I can not receive the SMS

We understand that you did not add international roaming for your trip, which can make communication difficult while abroad. Without roaming, your phone will not receive SMS messages until you return to the USA. We are sending a follow-up email and look forward to assisting you as much as possible!

I HATE THE VOICEMAIL PROCEDURE. It takes forever to sift thru my voicemail the way its set up. So annoying and TIME CONSUMING! If I switch carriers, it will be because 100% based on the annoying voicemail setup. Good grief!
