He doesn’t know how to train people. Body metamorphosis on his website are the either stolen from internet or from people on steroids even though he advertises his plan as”natural” and “steroids free”. I don’t recommend this liar

I had a very bad experience with this guy. He sent me a plan that was copied pasted and completely not what I requested. After claiming money back he blocked me on messenger so no contact is possible anymore

this guy pretends to be personal…
this guy pretends to be personal trainer... where do i start: his diets plans are basically 'copy paste'. Very hard to get in contact with him... maybe if you would pay more attention to his clients and actually look after them i would be better. Also.. it is actually his wife who respodns to your messages... wonder if she is qualified to give you advice???? avoid at all cost

Had very bad experience. Diet copy/paste which is written by his wife. The consultation on messenger also with his wife that introduces herself as Patryk. He recommends 4g protein/kg. Avoid at all costs
