Pats has not shipped my "in stock" order. They do not answer my emails, and they do not post a phone number for customer service. Bad news.

Found a Magma propane storage bag at Pat's Tackle, exactly what we were looking for. Thought it was taking awhile to ship so I enquired about it; it was then sent and it arrived soon after. Good thing because we needed it in time for our next boat trip. Thank you for having what we needed in stock and getting it to us in a timely manner.

I appreciated the free shipping offer on July 4.

I had ordered some fishing lures. They arrived quickly, however one was missing from the order. I emailed them, (over the weekend mind you) and much to my surprise they responded very quickly. They immediately refunded the money for the missing lure. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. They fixed, and fast. Customer service like this is very rare these days. Thank you, and please don’t change your ways!

I ordered the fishing pole for a Father’s Day gifts on 6/3/23.
On 6/9/23 it is still not shipped so I reached out to Pat’s Tackle and asked if it would arrive by 6/18/23 for Father’s Day. They assured me that it would. Unfortunately they did not ship it until 6/15 and it did not arrive until 6/20- 2 days after Father’s Day. Had they been honest from the beginning we could’ve canceled the order and went with another company that would’ve shipped the gift on time. The quality of the product is great but not impressed with the service.

First of all Lacinda was not the customer. Shop used the wrong card when order was first made and did not correct the name when it was changed.
The order did not ship for a few days making it over a week before it was received after paying for a 2 day delivery. This completely unacceptable. I had to contact Pat's to find out when the order would ship and was told it would ship out the next day when it actually took 2 days beyond that.
I doubt very seriously that I will order from Pat's again.

They had exactly what I wanted and I received it very promptly. Will do business with them again.
