Phoebe Warnes has been great. Very professional and willing to answer calls after office hours. Kept in touch and has done everything we have requested.

This agency is a waste of time! We decided to sell our family home and chose Pattinson agency to do advertise it. What a mistake! While we were on holiday, they said we got an offer on the house, we accepted it and they took the house of the market before the buyers even came to see it. What a joke! The house was off the market for 3 months and after months of waiting we got in touch with the buyer ourselves and they said apparently they can't even get a mortgage, meanwhile Pattinson agency staff kept reassuring they are working in the background! 🤣🤣🤣 House went back on the market, used Purple bricks to advertise it, paid a very small fee (3 times smaller) compared to Pattinson agency. Never again! What a rubbish agency don't deal with them. Liars and very incompetent! Purple Bricks sold our house within a month. They also valued our house at £5k more. Choose wisely!

The Bedlington team were extremely helpful and made my experience a lot easier than I thought it would be moving back to the uk . Great communication from Faye, Jack and Eloise . Thank you

Spotted the sold board on a property next to mine and decided to give Keith Pattinson a go.
Called the Whickham office and spoke to Ian Robson who was very helpful .
The property was marketed and viewings were conducted by Ian and Josh .
I was kept well informed about the viewings and the interest in my property by all the staff including Chloe and Lyndsey.
I was found a buyer very quickly and got exactly what i wanted for the property .
I also used the conveyancer that Pattinsons suggested ,who were Taylor Rose and was extremely pleased with them also. Ten out of Ten for Sophie Kelly.
I wouldnt hesitate to use Keith Pattinson in Whickham for any future House sales.
