Warranty Claim Fulfilled
I had an issue with a gift set of steak knives (so I had no receipt) to submit for the Claim. I had submitted photos of the knives, and the defects that were showing up after just a year or so of occasional use (maybe once a week). After several attempts to contact the company/seller I heard back from David. I am not sure of David's role in the company, but once we connected the return was initiated quickly. Thank you!

Excellent.
These knives look, and are, excellent quality. They feel very good in the hand, and you just know they will excel once you begin using them. They are razor sharp and glide through vegetables and meat with considerable ease. Delivering precision cuts wherever you need them. I am no chef so to speak but I feel like one now. They arrived in a very nicely packaged box that adds some class to the entire set. They will put back in there after use. My thoughts, why pay huge sums for knives, Paudin is a high quality brand at affordable levels. Recommended.

Got introduced to Paudin brand by a friend in the UK. When I saw its availability in Malaysia, I purchased their Universal series chef knife. As expected, it is a very high quality knife. Rigid workmanship. Even comes with a sheath! What a pleasant surprise.

Requested the warranty card on their highest grade Damascus knives (cloud) series. I have YET to have anything. Request made directly on site when I registered my product. That is why only 4 stars. The knives are absolutely wonderful! Balance, hand fit, and VERY sharp and hold it's sharpness! They do take a little more care, like handwashing, knife block (not a drawer pile) and special angle on sharpening. 27° (That is normal for higher grade knives) I cook and use them daily. I had a single lesser grade Paudin knife which I thought was awesome and I've had/have some wonderful knives over my 65 yrs. BUT, there is SUCH a difference in these from the "cloud" group.
