FOOD POISONING We got a lemon tart from Paul Patesserie, Oxford Circus yesterday. It was discoloured, smelt weird and just because it was from a trusted brand - Paul's Patesserie, we ate it and go... See more
Sitting outside a Paul’s on a high street with noisy cars passing by and a view of a newsagent, having paid an extortionate £8 for a coffee and pastry. I miss living in Italy, £3 for a better coffee a... See more

Couldn't order cakes on line
Couldn't order cakes on line! Very poor website order on line and customer help center inexistent !! No more!
Dirt in baguettes
Dirt in baguettes, in-store orders handed over in a bag that do not include a receipt and a part of the order, and today a birthday cake that was not prepared! This is not just a one off incident, these are systematic failures of this brand.
Today was my last visit to Paul. Screw you guys and hopefully your business will get where you lead it to - eventual closure! Well done!
Paul in bagatelle mauritius
Paul in bagatelle mauritius : The food is excellent. Hors pair. But the some of staff are rude. They don't have the client based approach. You ask them for the menu or advice, it's like you are disturbing them. Not all of the staff but some of them. I was really very disappointed😞 and lost my appetite. Sadly, even if the food is A-mazing, i guess won't be going back there 😢

Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf; french female under manager, who not surprisingly refused to give her name. Your manners are appalling. Your role is face to face customer care the lack of which has lost your company business. Your attitude in which you clearly revel is ugly.
Great experience
Great experience, always. There is a likelihood of customer service quality differences from one outlet to another however overall the primary business works well.
Paul Pâtisserie in South Kensington …
Paul Pâtisserie in South Kensington -London.
I have rarely witnessed such abysmal attitude and lack of customer service. The shop is situated in the French trendy, affluent, elegant neighbourhood of London. However, there is nothing trendy nor elegant about the staff there ! They are curt, rude, just disrespectful !
Today was the 2nd instance I witnessed such behaviour and decided I would rather give my hard earned cash to a more deserving shop ! I would not be surprised if the employees were to spit in your sandwiches or cakes ! That is the sort of manners I witnessed ! A huge pass for me !
Absolutely terrible service!!
Absolutely terrible service. I visited one of their bakeries along Rue Luxembourg in Brussels and placed an order for an event. On the day of collection, I arrived and nothing had been prepared plus, they told me half of my order was not available. They could have called me the day before as they had my phone number but chose to wait till the very last minute. I ended up running around looking for other bakeries to get the pastries. Very disappointed in their lack of respect for customers and incompetence and they certainly will NOT be seeing me again.

The epitome of the disgrace and the shame; Edgware Road Marble Arch - Paul
Duty Manager: Marcia
Date: 17/09/2021
Time: 16:45 pm
The chocking attitude from a so-called manager, his inability to communicate efficiently, his lack of work ethics, rude, misogynistic and to add insult to injury his inability to handle a request to a regular customer ( or even to anyone) is utterly unacceptable and despicable.
The first question will be how could PAUL provide this low standard and the ground of giving him the position of manager?
It seems that the company hasn't got a great deal of regard toward its customers: SHAME ON YOU
" La Honte de la France"
There's plenty of competition up there why should we bother!

We frequent their Kings Road location in Chelsea and the staff are kind to both me and the children and we love their croissants and baguette.
Poisoned by unfridged salmon salad
Poisoned This nasty salmon salad 🥗 made us sick, don't buy it on too goodtogo app they will give you bin stuffs.

Nice and strategic!
My favourite Paul's is the one in piccadilly and Tower Hill! Both places are in a very strategic location close to a lot of points of interest and you can easily pick up stuff and go to a park! The staff working there in piccadilly is always very kind and professional. Last weekend I had the pleasure to buy my take away here with my partner and the blonde sales assistant working there was very nice with us even though my gf is quite slow at choosing what's she wants. Prices and quality of the food are fair and everything is very tasty 10/10 would recommend!
Cake looked great, minus the dead caterpillar
I ordered the Charlotte framboise cake for my mum's birthday and it looked and tasted delicious until the moment when I found a dead caterpillar in one of the raspberries. I think Paul should take better care when washing their fruit for fruit cakes.

Ordered an anniversary cake and macarons to be delivered to a friend in London. Couldn’t be happier! Check out was easy from Canada and everything arrived beautifully and on time (and was delicious I’m told)! Highly recommend!
