House purchase went through so smoothly. I thought a house purchase would be a lot more complicated but mathew and his team handled everything for me and I barely had to do anything myself apart from provide the normal documents so thank you for making the journey so easy for a first time buyer. Will recommend to friends and family when they are looking to do the same.

Property purchase made very easy
I used Paul Crowley & Co for the legal side of a recent property purchase and it was such a quick and simple process. We were very happy with the service provided by Emma and Julie. We were selling a static mobile home which was not your typical property sale. I can only recomend Paul Crowley & Co, who acted in the completion of the sale / purchase, by completing the contract for the purchase, ensuring both buyer and sellers needs where met and more importantly ensuring funds for the purchase was completed with out any issues on 25th October 2024.
I would 100% recommend their services and would therefore definately use them again if and when needed.

Tenant Eviction
We were extremely happy with the friendly, helpful and professional advise we were given during this stressful time of the tenant eviction. We were advised of the necessary documents and the correct procedure involved in securing a successful eviction and kept informed how things were proceeding at all times.
We highly recommend this company to any Landlord who may have to go through this lengthy procedure of evicting their tenant.

Personal Injury - Accident at work
We put a claim through Paul Crowley solicitors following my husband’s accident at work, which involved life changing injuries. Our solicitor was Daniel Griffiths, who made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Daniel was always available to discuss our claim, or any concerns we had.
