Non delivery and Non communication of progres
I ordered a bar stool at the on the 3 rd February 2026. the lead time was estimated at two to three weeks. So delivery due by 24 February. As at 13 March I am still waiting. the company has provided no information to me although a phone call earlier this week indicated a delivery would be made on March 13. but so far no information. A delay I can understand but the lack of communication is very poor

THESE STOOLS ARE F***ING GORGEOUS.
The pics just don’t do the quality justice. They’re super heavy and strong with sumptuous soft leather and YOU NEED THEM!
I required a very specific height which was zero issue for our friend Mr Frampton, he advised on everything and delivered on what was promised.
I’m thrilled.
I also had a very genuine and friendly interaction with him on the phone a bit like I knew him- top fella.
If you’re looking at buying some shit Chinese bolllocks - don’t be a numpty - look no further than Paul Frampton.

Just buy , worth the extra money
The quality of these stools and chairs you wii not find in a shop , also if yo ask the bar stools can have a turning seat not back , if you have a bad back / knees my partner bar stools were quite expensive and one has already failed, these won't , hand made even
The body we went for raw steel waxed could not be happier ,these are very well made twice as heavy as normal stools , so wouldn't worry if you have a pub to heavy to swing in a bar fight definitely, very good leather , we bought 2 stools and two dining chairs
