The results Mr Harris has achieved with my breast reduction surgery are quite simply unbelievable. Not a single day goes by when I do not think of this and how grateful I am to have found such an amazing and talented surgeon who has changed my life. He truly is an absolute genius.

At my very first appointment I was made to feel totally at ease and was reassured that all my questions were relevant. I was listened to with patience and respect and was able to express all my feelings and concerns.
Mr Harris’s kindness, understanding and gentle way he explained everything was the first thing I noticed. He is a true gentleman, a professional and the best in his field.

I was the last person who would ever have contemplated breast reduction surgery, let alone be brave enough to actually go through with it. I was so very frightened of the whole procedure. All I could do was read the reviews and be happy for others who were full of praise for Mr Harris and so very happy with their results. I spent two years reading and rereading all the amazing reviews over and over again. No matter how unbearable the heavy burden I was carrying, the solution sadly was to do nothing and live with it. Yet I still found myself constantly rereading all the reviews until finally I booked an appointment to ask more detailed questions.

From the moment I met Mr Harris I couldn’t stop thinking ‘what if I were brave enough too’. I felt more safe and secure with every answer to every question and that’s because I knew immediately that I was sitting in the presence of an expert. All the reviews I had ever read were also in the room with me supporting and helping me to at least not rule this out.

At my second appointment I found myself almost beginning to consider the surgery and by my third appointment I was full of confidence and had total trust in Mr Harris and couldn’t wait for the day. If I hadn’t found Mr Harris I would definitely not have gone ahead with a breast reduction.

I was a 34HH, you couldn’t see my stomach, my breasts were so large for my frame and extremely heavy. Nothing I wore was through choice, only to try and hide the reality.
Once I decided on the surgery I would have been happy to have the weight lifted and feel lighter. If ever I dreamt of anything more, my results have exceeded my wildest dreams and I still cannot truly believe the transformation.

Now my breasts are the ideal size for my frame a 34DD, young in appearance, lifted, beautiful and perfect. On holiday I can wear a dress with thin straps and no bra, which I haven’t been able to do since I was 16 years old. I can now live my life without constantly thinking of and feeling these enormous breasts that weighed me down physically as well as mentally.

When I first researched breast reduction surgery I came across a few very good before and after photos. They were from various reputable clinics, all of which I would have been quite happy with. But my results are on a completely different level, I didn’t think they could be this perfect. They are way above anything I could have dreamt to be true or possible to achieve. When dressing I catch a glimpse of myself and cannot fully comprehend how Mr Harris has actually been able to make me look this youthful and this natural. My scars are barely visible and my shape is so natural and perfect for my frame that it doesn’t even look as though I have had breast reduction surgery, that’s how amazing my results are.

It is clear that Mr Harris has worked tirelessly throughout his career to be able to achieve this level of brilliance. The natural aesthetic results he delivers for his patients are exceptional and the 5 star reviews he consistently receives are a true testament to this.

I would also like to mention Jess, Ruth, Giulia, all the office and hospital staff, the Anaesthetist and of course Kelly who spoke to me the day before my surgery when I was feeling slightly nervous, which really did help so thank you to all of you for looking after me so well.

It has taken me a long time to write my review because I wanted it to resonate to those who like me were frightened to ever consider surgery. To give them the hope that they too might find the strength and confidence as I did through all these amazing reviews. Although the biggest confidence came from the moment I met Mr Harris, who quite honestly has surpassed my greatest expectations. He truly is the most talented, exceptional and gifted surgeon.

I will never forget what Paul Harris has done for me. Since my surgery I no longer ask my daughter when ready to go out ‘can I get away with this’. She now looks at me and says ‘mum you look beautiful in that dress’

I had a breast reduction surgery with Mr Paul Harris recently and honestly the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. he made me feel comfortable from first consultation , listened to any concerns, and explained everything clearly before the procedure. 

The surgery itself went really smoothly and the aftercare has been incredible. I’m so happy with the results they are already much more than i had hoped to achieve. I felt comfortable leaving  Mr Harris to use his expertise to reduce the size to match my build. I now feel much more comfortable in everyday life and only wish I had done it years ago.

His entire team were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process always ready to answer questions . I genuinely felt looked after every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Mr Harris to anyone considering breast reduction surgery and so glad i made the initial decision to contact him .

Terrible experience and still living with the disfigurement and mental trauma

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I had done a lot of research beforehand resulting in me feeling confident that Mr Harris was the best around, and my experience corroborated that. I felt comfortable throughout the process, no pressure and supported throughout. Several nurses in hospital (Parkside) during my stay, and subsequent post-op appointments, independently commented on Mr Harris being the best surgeon at the hospital, that he provided the best aftercare to his patients etc. I struggled with the initial result of the reduction but by 3 months post reduction was delighted with the results.

I had breast reduction surgery in late November 2022and it was the best thing I ever did! Paul Harris and his team were impeccable from start to finish and I could not have wished for a higher level of care and consideration. Mr Harris was warm and welcoming and listened to what I was after and the results were fantastic. Andrea was really helpful too and was very accommodating in helping me schedule the follow up appointments. Extremely professional and helpful!

Dr Harris is a credit to the industry! From the early days of consultation and exploring my options, to the attention to aftercare he has been really supportive throughout and clearly cares about his clients. I wasn’t made to feel rushed with picking my options in relation to surgery. Dr Harris discussed all possible surgeries in depth, aiding me to weigh up the pros and cons of my options. I ended up going forward with Bilateral mastopexy and fat transfer to breasts. I have a genetic condition - severe tubular breasts which has been a major insecurity from the beginning of adolescence. Dr Harris made me feel comfortable in all of my appointments, and showed a lot of empathy. I have been to 7 different surgeons for their opinion on what could be done to correct my breasts - 4 advised my case was too severe as they’re in experienced and with my condition - as a result could make their appearance worse. 3 we’re just utterly unhelpful- quoted ridiculous amounts of money and wanted me to go through a 3 different surgery’s to correct my condition, they weren’t empathetic and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Rest assured with Dr Harris you are in very safe and capable hands. I cannot thank him enough for the way my results have positively improved my self esteem, and had a knock on effect with me having a more positive outlook on life. I have waited just over a year to write this review - the results are still as amazing as they were when i had finished healing, and the aftercare really has been exquisite.

It has taken me 7 months to write this review as i needed to find the right words to describe my experience with Mr Harris and his team.
After a lot of deliberating over getting surgery done i finally took the plunge and can say i am so glad i did.

The results of my breast reduction, uplift and liposuction have surpassed anything i could have hoped for and i now feel pert and younger. I can’t express words enough to say how grateful I am to Mr Paul Harris for the surgery he performed on me. It has been truly life changing and I wish I had done it sooner. I did a lot of research before booking my surgery and relied a lot on the references and testimonials of people who had similar procedures. Following the initial consultation with Mr Harris I intuitively knew I was in good hands. He was extremely understanding and kind, and totally transparent. He explained the benefits and risks of surgery and answered my list of concerns to the point where I just couldn’t wait to get on with it!!

My surgery was quite extensive and involved a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction. It all went to plan with amazing results, totally down to skill and expertise of Mr Harris. My 3 day stay at The London Clinic was so much more I had expected, and the anaesthetists, doctors and nurses also deserve to be praised for their kindness and support in my surgery journey.

Mr Harris had been careful to discuss the management of expectations and the unpredictability of healing, and this proved to be an important conversation in the following months ahead. As my new body healed it created some areas of thick scarring with some looseness around the liposuction areas. Mr Harris monitored these scars during the regular consultations at his clinic, and also treated them with steroid injections. His knowledge and experience in dealing with post-surgery issues was extremely reassuring and at no time did I feel any sense of panic or regret when my body didn’t heal as we hoped, because I knew I was in the care of an expert. The aftercare service I received during the following months from Mr Harris and his amazing team was second to none, and a year after my initial surgery Mr Harris carried out some scar revision surgery on the problem areas and I couldn’t be happier!

I was fortunate to have been referred to Mr Harris following Ovarian cancer treatment and subsequent BRCA1 diagnosis. I was feeling very afraid and felt my only option was a double mastectomy and no reconstruction as I had been through so much surgery and I felt traumatised by my previous experience with abdominal hysterectomy. Mr Harris was a breath of fresh air in what was a very dark period, he gave us all our options in his calm reassuring way and was supportive of every decision my husband and I made. In July 2021 I had double Mastectomy and reconstruction and in December 2021 I can honestly say it has been the most positive experience, I had the most amazing Surgeon in Mr Harris and fantastic care from his entire Team. I have actually come through this proud of how my body looks and looking forward to getting on with the rest of my life.

Very good aftercare too

It takes a lot of courage to put your trust in a surgeon you've never used before. However, following my first consultation, I had no doubt that I was in safe hands.
It became very clear to me from that first meeting that Mr Harris' knowledge and expertise was unmatched in comparison to other consultants I had spoken with. I was provided with all the information I needed and any concerns I had were addressed candidly. The results of my breast augmentation are more than what I expected. They look natural and no scars visible. The aftercare was beyond my expectations as I could have returned to see him again and again if I needed to but my healing process was so smooth, I didn't need to, serve for the routine check ups. I had a breast lift and reduction by Mr Harris late last year, I never could have imagined the results that he has been able to achieve, my only regret is that I didn't have the operation sooner! I had two very different sized breasts and was informed that they would never be able to look as good as they do, my scarring is very minimal and received an excellent service by Mr Harris and all his team, I also received lots of after care and check ups to make sure everything was in order and felt I could contact anyone at any time, the overall operation went very well and recovery was not as bad as I imagined, I cannot express enough how much Mr Harris has changed my life, and would recommend him to anyone!
