I've made multiple attempts for a week to contact Paul Walter to no avail. I sent emails to three different email addresses, left a voice message, left message on FB Messenger, and used their contact box through their website. No response. I ordered a weight lifting belt and it is defective. One of the brads that attaches to the buckle was broken and lying in the box. Very disappointed in the customer service.
The leather Bible case feels sturdy and the zippers work smoothly. My Bible is very thick but its length & width are smaller than the case, so the XL case can accommodate it.

Ordered the slim magnetic money clip for my husband's birthday which is this coming Sunday. I didn't give them much time to get the product to me but they did! Workmanship is lovely and exactly as stated in the description. Very strong magnet which will make the hubby happy. Only thing that would make this 100% great is the ability to personalize it!
