Great snow boots…
We had been looking for snow boots online for my husband with very little success. The ones we got from Pavers, fit well, were easy to get on, have a good rubber tread, are light weight, and have a nice fleece lining. He is very pleased! Ordering was easy and although it took a little over a week to get them, we are very satisfied.
Wrong item sent - no refund, no reply!
After waiting 20 days for delivery of the shoes, I received the wrong sized item. This was 100% the fault of Pavers, I did not order the wrong size. I contacted them promptly and explained the issue. I was told I would need to pay a non-refundable $8 postage charge to return the incorrect item in order to get my refund. I emailed back explaining that the item was incorrect and I don't believe I should have to pay to return an item I never ordered. I never got a reply, I followed up with another email and still no reply. Having to go through my credit card company now to get my refund. Extremely unprofessional and the first time I have ever had to do this (and I purchase a lot online!).

I knew it would take a while to get a…
I knew it would take a while to get a purchase from so far away, so time was no issue for me - it was about what I expected. The communication from Pavers was excellent! Since the item was not in the warehouse, but at one of the stores, they apologized and communicated that they would not be able to apply the water resistant product and said they would deduct that from the purchase price if I still wanted them, which I did. The slippers are as beautiful and comfortable as expected, with a quality sole, so that going outside briefly will be safe and comfortable. I was happy to pay a small shipping fee to get what I wanted! Thank you, Pavers!

I have yet to receive my shoes!
I have yet to receive my shoes and I paid for shipping. I never got any communication from the company until I sent them an email when my shoes did not arrive on the date given when I purchased them. I ordered the shoes on 10/26/21 and it is now 11/16/21 and the UPS tracking code they sent me still says "awaiting package". I will be asking for my money back but based on other reviews, it looks like that will also be a hassle. Very disappointed to say the least!

I have already bought 4 pairs of these shoes and love them. I have bought 4 pairs of the same shoes because I cannot find any shoes that are as comfortable as these and want to wear these for many years.

I love the house shoes! They took a bit to get to me, but that only happened because they came from across the pond. I am a complete Anglophile, so I was happy to track them from Middlesex to York and so forth. They are comfy and soft, and they fit well and look cute. What more could I ask for?

I received my boots yesterday. They are exactly as I hoped they would be. Great quality, fitted perfectly around my calf, and are really comfortable to walk in.
