Avoid, really not worth it.
Avoid, simple. There's a reason there rating on here is 2.8.
I ordered a total of 39.04m2 mint sawn sandstone slabs, ~120 slabs, unfortunately ~40 arrived damaged and beyond use which is ~33% damaged. Some of the damage is rust (tried cleaning) so nothing to do with transit.
Emailed their customer service, received a poor response back stating that they will only replace 5.22m2 worth of slabs meaning I don't have enough to complete my project.
I've got plenty of photos to back up my claim, which I've supplied to them.
My advice is to go with another supplier with better customer feedback than this one!

As part of our standard practice, we ask all customers to check their orders thoroughly and report damages as a job lot to ensure we can address the issue comprehensively. In your case, the reported damages spanned multiple packs and totaled 6.39m²—just over 16% of the order. Upon review, we acknowledged the situation and agreed to replace 5.22m² of the reported damages, exceeding the 10% coverage outlined in our terms and conditions (equating to 3.90m²).
We also highlighted that some of the reported damaged or varied paving could potentially be utilized for cuts or less visible areas within the project. This is a common industry practice to minimize waste and ensure projects can continue smoothly.
Throughout our correspondence, we aimed to remain professional and accommodating, balancing fairness with adherence to our policies. We provided clear evidence of our terms and conditions to explain the reasoning behind our decision and went beyond those terms in an effort to resolve the matter satisfactorily. Unfortunately, some of the responses we received were abrupt and, at times, borderline threatening, which made the situation more challenging.
We are genuinely sorry that our efforts to resolve the issue fell short of your expectations. Our goal is always to be fair, transparent, and helpful to all our customers.

Broken tiles in delivery and no replacements unless photographic evidence provided. On a £1500 order!
I ordered £1500 of grey porcelain pavers and each of the pallets had cracked tiles at the bottom. In total there were 10 scrap tiles. I called up to ask for replacements but was told that photos were needed.
Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, partly because I was paying for labour to help lay the pavers and because the skip we had was due for collection.
To be told that photographic evidence was required after spending over £1500 is pretty low.
The assistant I spoke to was particularly curt.
I will therefore be leaving negative feedback.
Additionally, I'm not stupid and did order 15% extra but you managed to destroy all of them so thanks for the advice.
And furthermore, you don't always read the terms and conditions of sale when in the middle of laying a 50m2 patio.

Refuse to take back the untouched slabs
I purchased slightly more slabs from BGP due to a miscalculation. Upon delivery, one slab arrived in a full pack, while the second pack was not full and was delivered loose. I have some unused slabs from that loose pack, but BGP is refusing to take them back. My concern is that if the slabs were delivered loose, they should be able to be returned in the same manner. I cannot dispose of them or give them away, as they are worth over £300. I am not satisfied with the service and recommend caution if you decide to buy from them.

I’ve reviewed your case and can see that you took delivery of your paving in June and contacted us in August, after completing your patio, to return 13 tiles that were no longer required. As outlined in our terms and conditions on the website, we do not accept returns for split packs or individual tiles. Only full, unopened packs in sellable condition are eligible for a refund within the return period, and the customer is responsible for the delivery charges for any returns.
It’s common to have some tiles left over after a project, as it’s always better to have a little extra to ensure you can complete the installation without delays. We typically recommend keeping a few spares on hand for future repairs or maintenance. Any remaining tiles can be resold on online marketplaces, where they’re often in demand.
Unfortunately, as stated in our policies, we don’t offer a buyback service or accept returns for over-ordered products. We understand this may be disappointing, but these measures help us maintain the quality and reliability of our supply service.
