BE CAREFUL! Terrible service.
I would also like to provide feedback regarding my terrible experience.
Be careful! I never used the app or its services, yet I was charged monthly for several months before noticing the charges on my credit card statement.
Once I discovered the charges, I contacted customer support and requested a refund. My refund request was denied despite the fact that I had never used the service.
My main concerns are the lack of awareness regarding the recurring subscription, the absence of renewal reminders, and the difficulty of canceling.
I encourage anyone considering this service to not fall for the scam and monitor their credit card statements closely.
DO NOT GO TO TE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOAD THE APP!! I hope this feedback can help prevent similar situations for other customers.
