I paid for a dog bed and I never received it. I wrote to the attorney general and complained. They must need my $20 really badly. Schmucks. I sent them three emails and when I complained about them on the Facebook ad they blocked me. They will rip you off they will steal from you and they do not care

I placed my order on April 26th for 3 anxiety dog beds, received confirmation for my order and the...crickets - I was ghosted. My order number leads to nothing, I have made numerous attempts to contact someone with nothing progressing. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Next will be a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I see what's happened to me has happened to many others..I orders an anxiety bed for my dog..they took the money out of my account. And have never sent me my order. Then try and contact them and they won't return any messages. They need to be shut down..

Paw Academy is a SCAM! Do not order from them. They will steal your money and you will never hear from them again.

Never get what I ordered.
No phone to contact on their website.
No email response.

Ordered a dog bed and it never arrived. They just said "rest assured your dog bed is on the way" or something along those lines. Scam.

Ordered a dog bed on May 7th, and still have not received it. No response to 2 emails that I sent them. After reading these reviews today I guess I'm out $20. I will be posting on Twitter all about this and warning others who see their ad to stay clear of this fraudulent, scamming and BS company.

Horrible!!!! Ordered my product a month ago and nothing! I have sent them several emails and no response. No phone number anywhere because they are thieves! I am now working with my bank to get my money back. Don't use this company!!!!

I ordered a dog bed on 4/22/22, my card was charged and an email order confirmation was sent to me that day. Since then NOTHING! Multiple email attempts and no response! This company is a scam!!!

I should have done my research 🙃. Just like most of yall my dog bed that I ordered did finally come but I ordered the GIANT Size BED and got an extra small bed that maybe a puppy could fit in. I first thought maybe they sent a pillow cover for ME so to match my dogs bed BUT NO, it's his bed. I even did the questionnaire telling them he was 70lbs & 8 years old. I've sent 2 emails and NO RESPONSE. PLUS I'm with yall, Can't find a phone # anywhere. I NEED SOME HELP, THEY GOT MY MONEY I WANT MY CORRECT SIZE DOG BED.

Ordered and paid for bed weeks ago. Nothing. The company is stealing using Twitter.

This business is a scam. They are committing fraud. I wrote the BBB and Paw academy refused to answer about my order. I hope that after reading this they will be shut down and put out of business. Shame on you for using peoples love of their pets to rip them off.

Same experience. Payment made yet not product received, mails not answered. This company is a total scam, beware!

I ordered an XL and a L bed and received 2 of the smallest dog beds I have ever seen. I have sent 3 emails and got no response.

Total scam company. Took money immediately and no bed. I am not sure why Facebook is allowing them to advertise. That's where I saw the AD.

Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.

I did the same thing. Bought an Xl dog bed for $20.00 and no bed or no tracking number. I have emailed them and no response. I wish I would have found this before giving my money to scammer's. It's just so disappointing when people have to stoop so low just to steal from you. We all work hard for our money and they are just sitting at home scamming all these innocent people. But karma's a bi&ch! And it will come back to get them.

I'm never buying online without checking here again! Lesson learned.

I wish I had checked here first because as it turns out this company is a scam.
I ordered one of their dog beds and my credit card was immediately charged but I never received a tracking number as promised nor have I received the bed even though it's been over a month. I lost $20.00 but hopefully I can prevent someone else from being ripped off.
