Don’t buy from here, horrible quality, bad service , pls buy from somewhere else and save money and time .

Their website is false advertising, the image on your item of clothing will NOT look like the image sent, quality is nothing like represented on site. They are conning people out of money by portraying products far superior to what you will actually get.

Worst experience ever.
I ordered in advance in early December to make sure that I get the gift on 25th December. On website, it promised 5 to 7 days delivery when they advertised. When I complained about that, they said they will prioritize the order and give 5% refund 😆 It’s Jan 4 now but I don’t know where is my order and I am really pissed as I didn’t have any present to give to my fiance although I planned a head of time. Such a scam. Hope my will receive one day at I spend more than 100$.

Where do I start. I ordered this as a Christmas present on Dec 14 and it didn’t show up till January. Also it cost $50 and when it arrived it looked nothing like what I ordered. I was so sad. My dogs faces were way smaller than advertised and the letters were super tiny. Do not buy this

Where do I start ? I ordered early November as this was a Christmas present and cost me £45 it came and was nothing like pictures they offered 10 percent back , i refused it after so many emails back and forth and me stating my goods sale 2015 rights they said they would remake but i have to pay £15 delivery and was very rude in stating its that or the 10 percent off take my pick , again I refused eventually they said they would remake and post it this was end of November, i stated its for a Christmas gift and if its not guaranteed just refund me please so i can buy something else for my friend in time for Christmas, I was given weeks of it will definitely be there we have pushed forward your order ect , after a false tracking number they sent another and it was dispatched Christmas eve from China!! Obviously that wouldn't be here same day! Still not received it , I asked for a refund as who it was for was just visiting and no longer here and they just keep replying it will be there and ignoring my ask of a refund. I have asked my bank to step in at this point and sent them all transcripts- would avoid- wish I had looked on here first ! Will never buy from here again .

absolutely the worst experience and anybody who gives it a positive one is 100% lying especially Amanda who ordered something on the 23rd of December and gave a positive review on the 27th. this comes from China even though they say it comes from you United States. it's not going on 3 weeks no order no response 100% scam

Bought a hoodie for a friend which was intended to be a Christmas gift. It stated on the website that it would arrive before Christmas. I purchased the first week of December. A few days before I contacted them they It still hadn't arrived. They assured me it would be dispatched in time. Going back and forth with them they said it was expressed for shipping. They sent me a fake tracking number. I finally received a dispatch notice on Christmas day. The present is useless as I had to purchase another present for my friend who was travelling abroad back home. Going back and forth again with the customer services who are useless.

I finally received the item today, after Christmas and new years. The quality of the hoodie is so hard and poor. The design looks nothing like the image. I would have been embarrassed to gift this to her. I should have read the reviews before I purchased. This is a sham of a company, ripping people off, spent just under £50 for the hoodie. What a waste of money. Honestly really disappointed.

What a scam!!!! 🤬🤬🤬, was ordered as an Xmas present but delivery took 5 weeks and missed Xmas completely, claims it's a sweatshirt when it's actually a hooded cotton top, and lastly paid over £40 to have my partners dog who sadly passed away stitched onto the top and it's laughable!!!!!, looks NOTHING like the photo I sent and I feel totally scammed 🤬🤬DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Took much longer than advertised to arrive. I'mage put on pullover dies not resemble the image I sent of my cat. Scam basically.

The order took about a month to arrive. The image of the dog does not look as good as advertised; you could see a few nice examples on the website, so the ads were misleading.
Quite disappointed overall!

Horrible! Offered a delivery date guarantee and was over a week late. The item also was not as pictured, letters smushed together and pictures much smaller then the previews on their site.

5 weeks on my order was not delivered. Instant responses from the company each time which is worrying in itself, all emails just trying to get me to wait longer. Wouldn't agree to a refund. Provided two different tracking numbers. Bith of which seem not legit. I wouldnt touch this company if you expect to get your purchase

I couldn’t be happier with the product I received from Pawaviva! It is beautiful and exactly what I hoped. Yes, shipping took a week longer but I knew, coming from China, with all the customs and all this might happen. I ordered early enough that I still got the sweatshirt on time. I ordered it on 12/5 and it shipped on 12/15. It arrived on 12/30. The quality of the sweatshirt itself and the embroidery is wonderful! The picture of the dog is exact to the photo I sent. It’s amazing!

I am extremely disappointed with Pawaviva. I placed an order and never received it. There has been no resolution, no accountability, and no acceptable explanation. Customer service has been unhelpful, and at this point it feels like my money was taken with nothing in return.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to risk not receiving your purchase. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I ordered Dec13th today January 2nd still have not received and this was a Christmas present. Have reached out to customer service received a generic response saying no worries you will get your package and when you do we will give you 5% money back. No update on when and no response back. I had to idea this company was not usa based.

Terrible experience. The cat looks nothing like the photo I showed. I placed the order on December 12th and it finally reached me on January 2nd. It's a chinese scam.

The support team made it easy to find the right fit for my yorkie. The stitching is beautifully detailed, and the sweater feels incredibly cozy. I'll definitely be purchasing from here again!

Waste of money. Didnt look like my dog and very cheap material. Also said it would be delivered by the 19th and arrived the 31st.
