Poor communication & shipping

I did not receive any tracking information or confirmation of shipment, was told “to be patient”, things were still in progress, etc. although I had emailed 3 and 7 days after order placement.
After I emailed again after 2 calendar weeks, a tracking number was provided to an overseas carrier, with only the date that the item was shipped, which was the day after my order was placed. So it’s bizarre they didn’t mention this in one of the prior communications. The shipping info does not provide any estimated delivery date.
As of today it will be 3 weeks with no idea when this will arrive.
Ordered Nov 24 as a Christmas gift.

Bait and Switch

Embroidered result was nothing like the website photos. There was a black outline around the beagle's head and it wasn't the embroidery shown on the website, it was more like a patch with no detail. The pose was barely similar to the photo I sent and the result looked so generic it looked like they used a stock photo. Very very disappointed. The material is inferior also, it looks dirty with loose fibers. For a much as these cost they should have looked exactly like the website photos. Don't bother, these are total crap.

Disappointing Result — Embroidery Looked Nothing Like the Photo

I ordered a custom sweater with an embroidered portrait of my cat, and the result was extremely disappointing. I uploaded a clear photo as required, but the final embroidery looked nothing like my pet. The only resemblance was that the design was also a cat — and that’s where the similarity ended.

The colors were wrong, the shape was wrong, and it seemed more like a generic template than a personalized product. For something that was supposed to be custom-made, it felt careless and misleading.

Customer service did offer solutions, but the quality of the product itself was far from what was advertised.

SCAM!!!!!

Wow. I came here after receiving my order today and to no shock dozens of reviews reporting the same issue: their website falsely advertises many different products reflecting exact converted replicas of photos provided. You receive the order and the image looks nothing like what you provided them a photo of.

I provided them the easiest image to transfer an outline of and simply just have to add color, and the embroidered dog looks like a generic clipart pulled from google images. Im pretty sure they use A.I to generate a usable image by utilizing just general features from your photo, to give the impression of “custom” artwork. Being provided a 10% refund is laughable. Praying people check this site first before being scammed like the rest of us.

They are useless Scammers

They are useless. Ordered 10 days ago and order still not shipped despite the chase up emails. They assure you it is shipped but no tracking details... Chinese company and not EU should have checked the feedback first. Do not order as They most likley do not deliver and take orders pre Xmas to scam everyone

Severly disappointed with my order that…

Severly disappointed with my order that was meant to be xmas gift for a family member.
Its bad enough that the colours I requested are all wrong, and the picture of the dog doesn't really represent the photo of the dog I sent them, but it has also came from some cheap Chinese company named "I love Vango" who I have never even heard of!
I have sent them a complaint email so now just awaiting their response.

Poor overall

Decent delivery time but that's the only positive. Quality of the product is poor. The name is done on a slant but instead of looking quirky, it just looks misaligned. Had been part. Of a Christmas present but feel unable to give it as such

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. Their website leaves you with the impression they are located in the US, and they may have a small place in US to say they are American, but in fact the are Chinese based company and all work is done in China. They offer delivery dates which cannot be met, and then try to console you with silly excuses of supply chain logisitics issues and then try to console you with a pathetic 5% discount. This is similar practices I have seen with overseas producers, and when we all know there is no way they could deliver their product within the promised delivery date.

We will see what the quality is like if it ever gets here.

Deal with a real North American company.

Also they dont publish my poor reviews on the website?!?

Firstly, Pawaviva did NOT check this design with me before production as stated through the purchase process.

Quite frankly, the image embroided onto the jumper looks like a clip art image from google. It contains no details such as fur, or his teeth, there is no black under his nose and hes not even portrayed in the same angle or pose. I submitted an image of my pet which conveys character and life, expecting a similar result as shown on the website advert. This is meant to be an item to compliment our pet, yet it seems the image I provided was not refered to in any way. The embroided name, as well as the right side of the face also contains stitching errors. Also the left sleeve needed to be unpicked from itself as it had been sown together.

Upon contacting Pawaviva about this I was given some undesirable options -

Either pay for postage on a "free" replacement - yet postage was now £15, even though originally I paid less than half of this.

Pay myself to return the faulty item for a refund - however taking postage into consideration would make this half of what I had already paid, meaning ive paid £20 to have my time wasted.

Or take a whopping 15% discount on purchase price (given their business ethics Im assuming this doesnt include postage/fees) making it £4.95 cheaper to have an embroidery of 'not my dog' on my jumper.

On a whole ive had an awful experience - youve been warned.

Not accurate, sizes too small and no refunds

The embroidery does not look like my dog at all. All markings are missing.

The shirt is suppose to be for my 6yo daughter, ordered 2 sizes bigger and it’s still too short.

According to their support they do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Now I’m stuck with an overpriced piece of clothe we have no use for.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Dog looked weird and text was horrible and off.
They also put the text and picture way down towards the belly. Looks cheap and sad. The fabric is also very cheap and doesn’t feel like cotton at all. The pictures on this he website is misleading you. The product is not worth he price. They offered me to re do but that one also came out horrible. They wouldn’t refund me because the sweater was customized- that’s some bulls..t!! I gave them a new chance to make it right they even sent me a pre peek of the design. On the day of shipping they emailed me and said they made it wrong- again. STAY AWAY. This is a China company like Temu or worse.

Big quality issues

The first thing I noticed was that the graphics on the hoodie were crooked and off-center. I’d be embarrassed to wear it. It looks nothing like the colorful golden retriever image I submitted — the print they sent looks more like a dull, monotone chocolate lab. I could live with the color issue, but the misaligned graphics are unacceptable.

After going back and forth twice, they told me that because it’s “custom,” it can’t be returned or replaced. Their solution was to offer a 20% refund. Absolutely not worth it. And to top it off, the sizing runs very small.

Do not buy from them.

Disappointing

I placed an order for a Secret Santa gift, and the product doesn't quite match the depiction on the website. While there is a resemblance to the dogs, which I appreciate, it's not entirely what I anticipated based on the online images. I am a little disappointed. I'm sure the owner will recognize their dogs, but I must admit I'm a bit annoyed. Additionally, the quality of the sweatshirt doesn't appear to be 100% cotton, as advertised. There were some unfinished stitches, and the embroidery on the names had some loose threads that I needed to trim.

Don't recommend and won't buy again..

Awful dodgy company who don’t follow the law

Awful dodgy company who don’t follow consumer law! Beware!
I received an item that measurements proved were 3 sizes larger than what I ordered and the embroidery likeness was terrible.
I contacted customer services to say you’ve either sent me the wrong size or your website is vastly inaccurate. They responded asking for photos which I provided. They then sent me an email accepting liability but then said it’s still wearable, it’s huge like a tent how is it still wearable??? I persisted for a return and they said ok but you have to return at your own cost to our warehouse in China! Er no this is your error and under Consumer Rights Law 2015 the trader is responsible for this, why am I paying for your mistakes! Now it’s radio silence and my credit card company are handling it all via chargeback. What a nightmare and what an unscrupulous company.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and…

Ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and she absolutely loved it. Brought tears to her eyes seeing her childhood dog. The team over at Pawavia are very detail oriented and helped fix my issue with ordering the wrong size initially. 10/10 experience. 10/10 quality of materials. Thank you so much

Awful

Awful. Poor quality, white lines around the design that won’t come out(when I contacted “customer service” they told me just to clean it with water). I got two dog designs one of them just looks like a blob of light and dark gray. Not at all what my dog looks like. For the excessive price, wait time of two weeks and then poor customer service when I contacted them asking if I could send it back for a return - don’t waste your hard earned money.

Ordered a sweatshirt. The quality of the fabric and printing are so bad I asked for a refund. They offered 10% then 15% for a $50 item through form letters. Absolutely outrageously bad customer service. Do not do business with this company.
