Well, the jackets finally came. I was sure this was a scam, so I did not expect to ever receive anything. Unfortunately, the fact that the shipment took over a month to arrive is still a problem. As is the fact that all three jackets were too small for my dogs. I'm not even going to try to return them because of the hassle, time and (per another reviewer's story) cost. I'll just chalk it up to an expensive lesson. The only reason I've increased my original rating by one star is because 1) the jackets actually did arrive and 2) every time I sent an email about the purchase I received a response. However, it's still difficult to deal with a company in China and, apparently as is the case with sizing for people, their sizing for animals runs small too.

Below one star awful goods take months to arrive and no contact from anyone about it.
Fraudulent company

Ordered 2 dog coats, took weeks to arrive as the came direct from China, when we tried them on our dogs the came nowhere near the right size. Contacted pawbibi to send them back and get 2 larger coats and the response was:
"Normally, this product needs to be returned before it can be replaced with you.
The returned freight is very high. We have cooperative suppliers, so the freight is low.
In order to reduce the trouble for both of us,
we only charge you $105
We will send you 2 new ones. You can give what you have received to others"
NOTE: the charge of $105 !!!!!. The full price of the 2 coat was only £40.00
My advice would be "DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE"

Poor customer service. Tracking is inaccurate. Took a month to get here. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it.
