Order placed a month ago, not received, no response from them, no number to contact ...... horrific.
Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!
Update 18/4/24. Order still not arrived and zero communication

zips won't open - i see others have had same problem. I've emailed twice and messaged via Paypal but no reply. There is no phone number to call them. Am utterly appalled at their lack of service. They sell replacement covers on their web page, that's all I need them to send me. Have escalated issue via Paypal. We shall see how that goes. Shame as having removable covers is excellent. a previous bed I bought from them is brilliant.

Ordered replacement covers which haven't arrived and no response to my emails. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering :(

I ordered a dog bed 21 september, have sent 3 emails with no response & still no dog bed! I am so annoyed! Disgraceful customer service & they still have my money! I am going to try & request a refund but I am sure I will still get ignored. I am going to report them to the Financial Ombudsman to see if it can get resolved that way . I suggest you all do too!

No customer service response completely unacceptable. I've sent 3 emails to date over a period of 4 weeks regarding a faulty zip on the dog sofa bed I purchased
The zip is jammed and won't re-zip I only had the dog sofa bed for 2 weeks when I unzipped so I could wash the cover, the zip is stuck will not move making the item not fit for purposes very disappointed which is a shame because the products pawco offer are really nice.
Having a poor if any customer service as put me off making any further purchases.

Hi. I have been sent the wrong item which also has a floor with the zip. Spent £40 and no bed. Emailed numerous times no response. No customer service and looks like I will have to take further action against them. Don't touch with a barge pole!!!

I placed an order on 5th July and received a dispatch e-mail the same day. It looks like the order wasn't given to Parcel Force as it was still showing as 'advised' status over 2 weeks later.

They advertise 2 day tracked shipping, which obviously isn't the case. I tried e-mailing twice to get an update on my order. They advise on their website that they reply in under 5 hours which isn't true. Got no reply, so had to get a refund via Paypal.

This company told me that the delay in getting back was due to them not realising they had my email. My review on here was suspended by them pending more information. They got in touch and said they would send another item and to return the old item wasn't necessary. Needless to say I haven't heard from them since and ebay have closed the case meaning no refund losing me over £40. Avoid like the plague.

I've bought Pawco's waste bags for my dog several times, and the quality is great I keep coming back to them. The delivery is always fast and easy. I recommend!

Had problem with broken zip within two months,took a while to get response but matter settled now to my satisfaction,nice beds dogs happy.Geraldine williamson.
