Terrible company the products are not as described on their website, they are just thieves that take money and don’t provide the correct product, it’s just cheap tat from China I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't buy from them. It's a total scam and the quality is awful. I've received a hoody with a picture
On that I didn't want. The issue is that you can't actually view what you've attached to the order! How crap is that? When you put a personalised photo on you should be able to view attachments. They literally don't care about addressing this issue . Gutted I've wasted my money on a crap hooody which will now end up at the charity shop instead of a gift for my daughters birthday. Don't waste your money shop elsewhere

We ordered a harness from Paw Furry and since it arrived we've had nothing but trouble with it. The harness won't stay tight, it's really poorly made and when it slacks it's dangerous because our dog just slips out of it. When we try to get in touch they've not been helpful. We requested a refund however they've said we're unable to get one and should instead have a voucher for £15 and pay for the shipping. However, when you go on the website it's free shipping but a harness is £25... Stay away there are much better places to go for a harness!

I bought the "No Pull Harness" which has metal D rings on the sides to discourage pulling. Waited almost a month for it to arrive (definitely NOT UK based, but responsive to messages i sent regarding dispatch), only for it to be very different from the product on the website. My harness arrived with only one D ring on one side, and it's made of plastic!! Absolutely useless for a dog that pulls, why else would you buy the harness?? I queried this with Paw Furry only to be told that they still use those photos but only supply that particular product to retailers, meaning that non-retail customers recieve a completely different product to the one shown. I may be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure that's illegal??... since I pointed this out I've had no response whatsoever. I'm £25 out of pocket and have a harness which is no good to me as not only does it not serve my intentions for buying it, it's also way too big despite using their size guide. Reading other reviews here I highly doubt I'll be successful in getting a refund!! Avoid this company!!

I truly wish i'd read these reviews before ordering from this dreadful company. This is not a UK company despite what they say, items are shipped from China and when they do arrive weeks later, they are poor quality and do not look like what is advertised on their website. I sent two images of dogs to be custom printed for my sisters birthday present. They added a random dog as well. When I questioned them they didn't want to know. When i followed up with PayPal they told me i wasn't covered under 'buyer protection' so i can't even get my money back on a useless product that way. Be warned....AVOID!!!!

I so wish I had read the reviews first I too like so many thought this was a UK based company in Manchester. I ordered the harness on the 21st May and still nothing has arrived. After countless emails and getting told the same thing over again that its delayed, overloaded deliveries etc etc, I have demanded a full refund. Does anyone know how to take this further? I'm as mad as hell🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Don’t bother ordering from this company, been waiting for my order since November. I have emailed 6 times and each time they have said they have resent the item which I have not received. Ignored me when I asked for a refund! Absolutely disgusting company. I wrote a honest review on their website and they removed it! PUt comments to warn others on their social media pages and they have blocked me!! AVOID!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering I was led to believe this was a UK company based in Manchester so paid £9.95 express delivery 10 days later still no harness, no tracking info with the tracker number supplied either
Emailed the company for an update to be told the courier has a back log and to be patient no offer to refund my over priced delivery fee
The grammar in the email was what alerted me to the fact that this was not a UK company probs china, no address on their website
Had I known this was not a UK company I would not have ordered, only myself to blame for not checking the reviews.

Harnesses are BASIC OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY Harnesses that they claim to be personalised but basically it’s a rubber strip velcroed to the harness !!!!

Cannot believe I was duped by the advertisement’s for these harnesses by this company and also I’m so angry with myself for not reading all the horrendous reviews on TRUSTPILOT first before ordering !!!

I’ve cancelled my payments anyway - if they want the harnesses back all they have to do is give me the god damn returns address !!!!!!! 😡😡😡

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying ,thought it was in uk but came from china if I'd have known this would never have ordered, finally received item and realised.that the front chest bit only fastens by Velcro so would not dare risk walking dog in it. I wanted to return item but am getting no where as they say their policy is to only accept returns and give refund if item was damaged

The main problem with Paw Furry is that they are advertising as a uk based company and that’s why people in the uk buy from them hoping for a quick delivery however they are based in New South Wales Australia and their harnesses, leads etc are manufactured in China. I bought a harness for my daughters Labrador and it appears to be well made and strong however time will tell. I too fell for the fact that this company was uk based so the lesson for me and everyone else is to read customer reviews before we buy.

Ordered 2 harnesses and 1 lead 3 weeks ago still waiting they have replied to email but just getting no were with them wish i checked the reviews spent 60 pounds someone at this company should be responsible for ripping people off

ordered a no pull harness , tried to cancel after a week when it has still not been dispatched all i got was there is a shorted of materials world wide because of covid ?? still not been dispatched all i got was a tracking number which still states waitng for dispatch the tracking number comes up with being sent from china do not waste your time and money disgusting company

I wish I had checked this company out on Trustpilot before ordering. They have had my money now for 2wks and are fobbing me off with problems they are having with their courier. I am fuming PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM😡😡😡

We ordered a harness for our dog. She managed to bite through the clasp when putting it on her for the 2nd time. As they advertise that if it breaks due to non fault they will replace free of charge. I sent photos to them of the damage and they said they would send a replacement, but I had to pay the shipping fee as I’m in the uk. I paid the shipping fee and have heard nothing since. I have sent 3 emails chasing but not had a response. I have now asked for a complete full refund as they did not keep to their promise.

Bought a picture hoodie from paw furry and paid an extra £10 for 4-10 day delivery from this UK company which is in Manchester only 30 mins from me. This was then dispatched from China and received a month later. Emailed the company several times with just a very basic apology and said they didn't have any material in Manchester to make it but never made me aware and never offered to refund the delivery. Wouldn't order from these again. For the price of these hoodies I expected a lot better.

awful company. I placed an order on March 10th that has been lost and they're refusing to refund me my money back and haven't shipped a replacement.

Bought the harness and the clip broke off on day 2 so emailed and they sent a replacement.
The same happened with the replacement and also the stitching also came open. I sent photos to prove both times and now I've asked for a refund they are refusing. The harness is not fit for purpose and my dog is only 9 months old and is a lab cross

Apparently only another replacement if I pay shipping. I don't want another one it's rubbish and a rubbish company with extremely poor customer service. DO NOT BUY

AVOID. They claim their harnesses are non pull. Absolute lies. It’s basically the same harness you can buy from Lidl for £7.99. Bought in good faith for my border collie who has pulled on a lead so much I have injured my arm. He pulls exactly the same with this harness so I deemed it as not as described nor fit for purpose. Many emails sent but they are refusing to refund. Total shambles. Don’t waste your money.

I got a no pull harness for my son's dog. It came unstitched after just 2 weeks of receiving it. I asked for a refund and said I couldn't have one, but they will send a replacement, however I have to pay the postage £8 something. I am now in the process if getting legal advice.
