Update - they’ve blocked me on socials so I can’t comment on their posts and emailed me to tell me off!! Amazing. Scam artists. I bought a dog lead after reading their info - they state they are based in Europe. When the product arrived faulty (retractable lead switches don’t work and the lead frayed - very dangerous) I contacted them for a refund. They are refusing unless I ship the item to China at my own expense!! Do not buy from them!!
