Item arrived damaged, the Velcro strap stitching came off. Did not fit my pup well, and did not cover his ears properly. It is too far apart, my dog’s ears are on top of his head, not on the sides, like humans. For the amount it costs, I’d expected customer service would be better. When emailing in how to return, it took a bit to reply, and was a bit difficult. Furthermore, I had to pay for the return. When tracking it, and seeing it was returned, I had to personally reach out to finally request for my refund. They didn’t respond to my email, but they finally refunded my order.

What I liked is the product is made of quality material and well made.
What I did not like is the way the ANR units are inserted on the inner side of the foam. The hard units are uncomfortable for my dog. So, I inverted the head piece and placed the ANRs on the outside of the foam. Although this will render the
ANR less effective she will feel more comfortable wearing it.
I would recommend that the foam be pocketed, not all the way through, and the ANR positioned within the pocket still leaving approximately 1/4" inch thickness or so between the speaker and the inside of the foam providing a softer surface against the pups ear area.

Very helpful and prompt when we ordered the wrong size and sent us the size we really needed. Very good instructions on how to get the dog use to putting and leaving the Pawnix on.

Bjorn loves his pawnix headphones. I use them in conjunction with other things like his special shirt and sometimes CBD treats. I think he still feels the thunder on some level, but listening to some soothing classical music helps calm him down, almost to the point that he’s fighting the urge to sleep.

The individuals in this company were very very communicative--and allowed for a refund. The headphones were no problem putting on my pup--he loved them! However, the electronic switch stopped working. If we had not purchased them for the 4th of July, we would have returned them for a "fix."

Nice product, well constructed. Great features. We didn’t keep ours because I couldn’t get it to stay in place. To be fair it may have been a bit too big for our guy. The electronics are a bit clumsy to use. I accidentally turned it off a couple of times while putting it on him. It would be nice if the controls were easier to get to and view.

My 15 year old Shih-tzu Lil’ Man Samson literally slept and snored throughout the July 4th fireworks, I can’t thank you enough for creating such an amazing product, you have went through such a complete loving, caring and thoughtful process in creating these Pawnix noise canceling headphones, the comfort so they can actually fall asleep, it’s light weight, stylish looking in different colors to choose from, the technology in putting speakers to play music or soft sounds into the headset with a controlled noise limit as to not damage their ear drums, the way that I am able to play any music for him for free on Spotify, of course I chose Dog calming music and how I can operate it from my phone to see that it is still playing through the headphones. Samson will be 15 beautiful years young on August 6th, he had 1 eye removed and is blind in his other eye, he does sometimes sleep with his eye open, you can imagine a blind dog being extra terrified of fireworks and thunder as they can’t see, I am in such love with these Pawnix headphones, I was playing Dog calming music on Spotify for him and with these comfortable headphones it put Samson to sleep in snory snoring land. I would definitely recommend everyone to purchase a pair for their dogs, it is such a great investment, not only can this be used for fireworks it is also great for thunder and any other loud noises. I ordered it on June 22, and received it days before July 4th with just enough time to get Samson use to them. Thank you again for creating such an amazing product through the Love you have for Emma 🥰

My dog wore it pretty well until the 4th of July and then kept taking it off to get under the bed. I had to end up giving her 5 Hemp nuggets to knock her out. It might just be her breed schnauzer but it was also the bombs veing blown up. Unfortunately I had to send it back for a refund hopefully.

Didn’t fit. Promised new ones by 4th of July, never happened. Want refund

I have to say the Pawnix helped my Brooklyn sleep through the fireworks! Will definitely be using this again for New Years!

The staff at Pawnix are the best. They help you through the process of getting your dog adjusted to wearing the headgear. They give you suggestions every step of the way. Great customer service.

Thanks for the advice on how to get my dog acclimated to the headset. It’s a bit of a challenge with him wearing it outside in the warm climate, but it worked perfectly during the 4th of July festivities, which counts the most. I have a picture of him sleeping during a grand finale up the block from us when in past years, he would be shaking uncontrollably.

Wonderful customer service. PAWNIX truly cares about their customers. I bought the largest size for my 180lb Saint Bernard, but it was too small. They promptly made another to custom fit his giant head. Shipping was very fast.

Good product and excellent customer service. I originally ordered my dog a large based on his measurements as shown on the instructional videos (he was right at the upper end of the large measurements) and eventually moved to an XL(Details below). Headphones definitely help our very anxious boy and we have tried every other product/supplement/medication out there.

When we got our noise cancelling headphones we immediately started to get familiar with them using lots of treats and slowly introducing them. No issues whatsoever with training and my dog quickly took to wearing them and we immediately experienced a reduction in his anxiety during storms. We did have some issues with the headphones sliding off the back of his head and on to his neck, but after a few emails and photos to Pawnix they sent us an extra large to try. Since receiving the extra large we've only used the headphones once, but it seems to have solved our issue.

The Pawnix has been a success so far. It fits my Belgian Malinois’s head comfortably and he got used to the Bluetooth feature without any issues. I do have to adjust the Pawnix every so often.

After spending $$$ on other products to try to help our noise phobic pup feel more comfortable we were so happy to discover Pawnix...they ACTUALLY work!! Fast shipping, clear instructions, great product!

The customer service has been top notch! Each email I’ve sent has been answered quickly, efficiently and with knowledge of the product.

Our old girl has been terrified of thunder all her life, but it had gotten so much worse of late that she would collapse and pass-out. We've used these 3x so far, one fairly severe storm and her only reaction was an awareness of a sound ... but no trembling, no passing-out, and no sedatives. Thanks!
