I haven't experienced the earmuffs on my dog yet, but the customer service experience was WAY better than average!!

We recently purchased the Noise Cancelling headset for our dog. She is terrified of Fireworks and Thunder. When we received the headset we began by placing it on her head and gave her plenty of treats and praise. This was recommended by the company. We are having a thunderstorm as I am writing this. I placed the head set on our dog and turned on the playlist that Pawnix put on Spotify. Mackenzie, our dog literally laid down and looked like she was listening to the soothing music.

We are very happy we made the investment. We believe this will help calm her down.

First rate speed and service to get the device to me before the dreaded July 4 holiday. Maizy didn’t have any problem wearing it and looked so cute with it.

Unfortunately, we live very close to the fireworks site and our neighbors celebrated as well, so it didn’t cancel enough of the sound to make her not stressed.

My Gracie is 13 and anxiety ridden. When I saw Pawnix I knew I needed to get them for her. It is taking her time to adjust to the headphones but am optimistic we will work through it and she can rest and relax during storms and fireworks.

I had a problem with the electronics in my set and contacted Pawnix to see what to do. They immediately sent me new electronics and only asked that I return the old ones so they could inspect them to see what happened. Great Customer Service!!

This has been a godsent for my dog! Put it on when she hears thunder and fireworks. It works!

I am so happy that I gave this product a try! It did not take long to train my husky to get used to the headset. I put it in her when we had a storm and she went to sleep!! If you have a dog that shakes and is miserable during fireworks or storms, this product will change everything. Highly recommend!!

The headset stopped taking a charge so i emailed the Pawnix team and they sent me a working unit!

Pawnix is amazing. My dog, Larry, loves his helmet! The customer service is top notch and they are very helpful and quick to respond with answers to questions. I highly recommend the product and the company!

It works. Helped the pup through the fireworks. I just wish it was a little less bulky, and able to be a little more secured so she couldn't shake it off...but overall very pleased

The product works awesome. Our dog couldn’t hear the small fireworks but he could hear the loud ones but it definitely helped him out a lot.

Honey is terrified of fireworks. In the past, she has shook uncontrollably for about two hours after the fireworks have stopped. I tried drugs, a Thunder Shirt, noise machines, you name it. Nothing worked. So I had high hopes for the Pawnix.

My experience is mixed. I'd give it a 3 1/2 stars.

Honey took to wearing the Pawnix quickly, and mostly slept comfortably with them on. The real test began on July 1st, when the locals began setting off fireworks at random times. These were few, and fairly distant. The Pawnix was completely successful with these--even when I put them on AFTER the fireworks started. Within 10 minutes, she would stop shaking and go to sleep. This worked for the 1st through the 3rd. The real test came on the 4th, when there were many more people setting off fireworks, and them were closer and therefore louder than before. Even with the Pawnix on, she was frightened and shaking uncontrollably. To be fair, I removed them briefly to feed her dinner, and that was when the problem first began, so if I had kept them on, it is possible that she could have slept through it. I did put the Pawnix on again after her dinner, but she was already awake and evidently beginning a downward spiral.

I DID notice that she seemed to recover from the shaking in about half the time, so I do think the Pawnix helped. I intend on using it on New Years Eve, and see if feeding her early and then putting on the Pawnix and letting her go to sleep will make a difference. The bottom line is: it was not completely effective for Honey, but I believe it did help her.

Customer service contacted me within 24 hours after I reached out. Unfortunately the noise canceling headphones didn’t work for my pup. I took good care of them while trying them out. As they promise I was given a refund. Kept the box and tissues paper in great condition in case I would need to return.

I ordered the Pawnix headphones for my 10 year old lab. She is terrified of fireworks. She gets so anxious she pants and will not lay down. She gets so bad I am afraid I am going to lose her. There is no way to calm her. I was excited to order the headphones ahead of time before 4th of July and try them out as people are always setting them off days before. Unfortunately it did not work. Have been up with my lab for the last three nights. Tonight will be the worst. She does not mind wearing them. They look comfortable on her head but they did not work. I will be shipping them back tomorrow for a refund.

I am beyond impressed with our Pawnix headphones. I purchased one for my dog who is also my service dog. We brought her to an outdoor concert in a large venue and she was AMAZING! The noise did not bother her one bit!
She was able to be relaxed during the concert and still see me for hand signals.

Great product and great customer service! We received the headset and it was too tight when my dog would lay down. I emailed Pawnix and they responded immediately. They asked me for some measurements and photos and they ended up making a head cap to fit my dog. We were leaving on a trip they sent it overnight. I bought a second headset for my son’s dog and it works great as she is very frightened of thunder. No longer and trembling or nervousness she is a calm and happy dog during a thunder storm. I would definitely recommend

The people are so kind and work really hard to make the earphones work.

I originally ordered my Pawnix a size too small. Customer service was wonderful and sent me the right size. Not only did they take of this quickly, but were extremely gracious and wouldn’t let me pay for the extra shipping.

Invested in a medium Pawnix to help our 45 lb lab-mix deal with airplane noise phobia on walks. So far, if Alice lays on her pillow, the headgear slips down over her eyes; if she’s walking, it slips to the side or back onto her neck. Tightening the chin strap and attaching the Velcro strap to her collar help a little. Next step is modifying the unit with a silicone elastic strap (like on thigh-high stockings) under her chin to see if that helps keep it on better so can begin to condition her to wearing it. A dog with a boxy head like the Westie featured on the site seems like a better fit for the headgear design. Pawnix staffers were responsive-ish: asked for specific head measurements and we sent some photos, but concluded it fit well, stayed on and suggested that the electronics could be moved up or down if we thought they were too high. Not our actual problem… Suspect it’s a better fit for indoor, static situations like thunderstorms, but holding out hope to make it work.
